Lol. How can you even say that? The time can come where bitcoin might be dead but at least its not now It will take a long time. This thing always happen a lot where they think this is the end for bitcoin but after some months bitcoin is back.
i am also wondering that what is the reason of this statement. you can see that the price of bitocin is continuously increasing and its price is too high as compare to other crypto currencies. so how can person think so. i think that is just a joke. |

Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are. Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast. Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.
This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it. Good thing too. This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.
Some projects aren't well managed so they probably can't keep up with the block halving; they have to fall sooner or later. Besides a derivative of Bitcoin with a more restrained approach to validating transactions could well achieve a more central and universal role in world finance. It's not dead, there is still more than meets the eye. |

bitcoin is not dead and it never will be, there are just people who think that it will be dead or they just are hating bitcoins because they dont have any in their wallet Eventually it will die but now is not the time. With the halving showing over 300M in volume each day, Bitcoin is very much alive. At least for now. |

What I know is that there are numerous threads on this forum which have predicted or claimed the death of bitcoin. The truth is that many predicted that Bitcoin will die after last weekends block halving. Where are we now?. Are we not dealing with the same Bitcoin?. And it seems like the Bitcoin price is stabilizing around 670. We all have to accept the fact that Bitcoin Bitcoin is now deeply rooted to the extend that no one will never uproot it.

Time can only say if bitcoin survives or not. There are many present threats to bitcoin and there are more coming. But bitcoin has survived many issues and problems. Many have said before that bitcoin will not last but years has passed and bitcoin is still running and not only running it has become the cryptocurrency that has the highest monetary value. As long as there is money on bitcoins many will try to build something new to save it. |

Instead it is getting more on the trend daily and more stores are going to accepting bitcoins in the future. Bitcoin has been predicted by many people to have died over and over again and just look at bitcoins right now. It's never been healthier. Although I'd have to admit that we're only seeing the surface of what bitcoin is and I don't have a single idea what's going on the inside. By that, I meant what's happening to the blockchain, the devs, the miners, and all the other factors. |
