Yes it seems like dying but i wish it should not because it is the cryptocurrency because of other crypto currencies .
Devs has to concentrate on transaction speed , transaction confirmation and block size if it happens properly no one will compete with bitcoin
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Everytime bitcoin deflates its value, expect many to make an issue about bitcoin dying. It seems like they are not looking in the broad perspective of bitcoin. Many of them sees only the bad side that is happening to bitcoin. They do not consider its good side. True bitcoin have died so many times but bitcoin has manage to revive itself and regain the trust of bitcoin users and investors. So I think there's nothing to worry about bitcoin dying.

Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.
No, You're wrong. Bitcoin will never die. Because bitcoin is the most powerful coin in the world of cryptocurrency. There is only a time that the price of the bitcoin is going down but that is not a reason to say that the bitcoin will be dead.

Now not to fall into the trap of depression I decided not to look at the value of bitcoin for a while but to follow only the technical aspects.

Brother: Bitcoin has died hundreds of times. It hasn’t died until now. why? Because cryptocurrencies are the future trend. No one can contend with trends.

Bitcoin is not dead, bitcoin may be dropped right now, but it does not mean that it can not be lifted again, many countries still use bitcoin, and even wait a lot of time is the bitcoin again up again.

While those whiny bitches are still going strong and coding for the #1 crypto, one of those well organized and well paid(!) organizations *R3, cough cough* went bankrupt.

Yes, bitcoin is dead again. Bitcoin price now is getting low and i think bitcoin price is going to dump again and agian, but i believe that bitcoin will pump sooner or later, on late December 2018.  Bitcoin is a good coin, and He is the king of crypto and i think the king will be back soon.

Well, of course, this is more like a deception, since bitcoin has just started to grow, to align with its past, to gain popularity again, in General, it began to recover, and then such a statement, so I do not agree with this.

Sorry to say this because I love Bitcoin and what happened with the world because of it but is not needed anymore.

Bitcoin was the main currency for exchanges and all other currencies were traded versus BTC at the start. There was no FIAT possibility at all and only a few currencies. Today we have everything. Bitcoin is just not needed anymore. We are entering blockchain 4th generation era with Hashgraph and other projects. All cryptos are traded versus countless coins and we have the tether and other 1:1 pledged cryptos.

Like I said there is no need for Bitcoin with slow and expensive transactions. From few years Core developers did nothing. Literally, I don't see any progress in BTC development. Compare to other projects they are moving backward. Even the last argument that BTC is digital gold is not strong enough.

Ok, let's say that BTC will stay because people will use it as a store of value, digital gold. If this will be the only reason price will go down to 2000$ and this will be the real value of Bitcoin because is exactly same as the cost of production. In this scenario, miners stop to dig and finally BTC will die for real. I don't believe that developers can help. There is little chance to compete with 4th generation blockchains today and in few years this will be just impossible.

Make sure you leave no stone unturned, wipe all your bitcoin wallets, delete yourself from this thread we will soon join you ok. We agree with you.

Seems what happened today is a repetition of what was happened in 2016. In this case, perhaps we could expect that BTC will be  100x higher in the next 3 years.
This is a good indication for investment.

Bitcoin at $6,400 doesn’t look dead to me. Why the obsession on bitcoin’s demise? Just because the value went down, doesn’t mean it’s going to die. That’s normal in any currency market.

As long as people love bitcoin, bitcoin will never die. if bitcoin ends that would be a big negative impact to the crypto ecosystem.

I think it's too early to bite bitcoin if its most important problem is to decide, but it's the increase in block scaling, maybe it will go in a different way and bitcoin will again become a worthy leader and its quotes will creep up.
