Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

I do not see how bitcoin is controlled by about 3 people nor have I heard of any of that. As long as many miners are taking place in securing bitcoin network's integrity, there will not be any problem for the entire system and too for it's decentralization.

i don't think it in that way i think its good for bitcoin as its infrastructure is being developed more. It is not right to say that it is dead, it is better to say that it is facing a fall. People are still using it so technically it is not dead.
