You are right in trading is much better than gambling, as in trading we also get fun and entertainment when we earn profit at there, and in trading first of all we mostly earn not  lose if we choose for a good con to trade with and when we lose then as you mentioned we will not have a heart attack and the reason is that the lose in trade is not a sudden lose but we from a time being know that we are going to lose.

When I play the gambling site, I just realize that OP asked also happen to me on the past.
Especially when I won the game, I feel exicited and want to gamble more and more until I loss at the end. Surely that piss me off, so I need to take a break from gambling at the moment. yes but i think that person will have capability to control himself if he got winning in several times and he must stay away from the games after got the money. because i look in this situation, if we winning more than 3 times or more in and a day, we can be too greedy and this is not good for.

Cannot accept defeat is the first gate to addiction, people who can't accept defeat will keep coming back to gamble, because the curiosity that makes the person keep want to find the best way to win the game, if the people cant let go of this thing for sure he will become addictive to gamble
