I have to say yes, and a combination of other things:

-too busy earning fiat to pay mortgage to pay attention to tech innovations
-fear of technology
-fear of change
-too lazy to learn how to send and receive btc
-distracted by the Bachelor

I think this is a stupid statement. Current use of bitcoin very much because bitcoin is needed. bitcoin has the ease and speed in every transaction. I and a lot of people was not a fool !! we are the technology and we will be in the future !!

What you are saying is true but the fact is people are not spending their coins right now, as they prefer to hold it for the halving so that they can earn more benefits from it.

People are spending when they need it and they hold their remaining coins for the benefit of halving, and only intelligent people are using bitcoin while those who are fool do not know the value of bitcoin and they do not use them and do not invest their money into them.

I don't think that there is any risk in investing in bitcoin, but if you invest in any online site then you need to be very careful as there are many ponzi sites around at a moment which can scam you in long run.

Well i think they are afraid because many sites are offering high profit like investment site or cloud mining site that turn into scam in few months or weeks.. people are afraid aobut scam thats why bitcoin is growing slowly and i think because of hashocean issue many people are regret instead of invest their money again in bitcoin they are stop using it..

even though there are some holders at the moment i think there are people who spend their bitcoin on daily basis no matter if the price is growing right now or not

Halving is in next few days but you should not be disappointed as bitcoin will allow you to make profits regularly and next halving will be after 4 years so you should start preparing yourself for that.

I am sorry I have to disagree with this.  The issue is that there are not enough people who know about this and the ones who do know about bitcoin do not understand how to use it.  In my opinion, this is because there are not enough businesses that accept Bitcoin as payment.  Once there is more acceptance of Bitcoin, there will be more use for it and more people will make use of it.

I don't think that many people actually understand the concept of bitcoin or realise the potential of bitcoin either. However, there are plenty of "geek" out there who are willingly using bitcoin.

People are losing out, not us

Some people like my friends are content with what they earn, with what currency they use, plastic included.  Maybe they are not educated enough with what bitcoin is.  Security wise, I think it's much secure to a debit/credit card.  Plus with the price incresing, it's a win-win situation if you have one.
