This is ALMOST as dumb as Krypton. This has 1M ICO coins and .2 block rewards, KR had 10M coins and .2 block rewards. Well I guess this is only 1/10th as stupid as Krypton, but DEV you really should increase block rewards to like 20. HINT: No one gonna mine it.
I'm dumb enough to mine it. Actually I made out OK mining Krypton too. The rewards were so low, one of my physical rigs was usually 50% of the hashrate on the coin. Whatever, I'll wait and see. The wallet (sandboxed) looked like a decent mashup of DASH and the I2P masternode-type wallets. Fair enough since you get free electric. But more importantly when are the ICO coins going to be released, as that will be the staking majority.

Hey OC, not to hijack the thread, but I noticed you removed the Blockfinder tab from your pools. Why? It's not a big deal, I was just curious.

I have to re-write the stats or make it more clear that "Coins Generated != Coins paid" - many people misunderstood that and kept pming me about it - thats why its usually disabled on newer pools until I have it reworked.

Dev, two questions:
1)When are ICO coins being given out. 2)ANN says stake age 1 hour, it's been over 1.5 hours and wallet still says no mature coins?

There's no stake weight on the network at all yet. { "blocks" : 1983, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : { "proof-of-work" : 3.69242146, "proof-of-stake" : 0.00001526, "search-interval" : 16 }, "blockvalue" : 20000000, "netmhashps" : 528.62764731, "netstakeweight" : 0.00000000, "errors" : "", "pooledtx" : 0, "stakeweight" : { "minimum" : 0, "maximum" : 0, "combined" : 0 }, "testnet" : false } I'm looking through main.h like OCminer taught me but I don't know enough about what to look for, in order to determine when coins should actually start gaining stake weight or what block that should be at.

Hmm, I don't read code either, but if Dev doesn't answer the question I will assume 6 hours like most clones. Why he posted 1 hour then, I dunno.

OK, notsofast, I got a stake and estimating maturity is 3 hours. But the lighting bolt and console still say coins not mature yet, odd.

Sound like Amsterdam coin
That will probably be because MNT is a direct clone of AMS, as attested by the results of a flawed rebranding: https://github.com/MonetaryS/MoNet/blob/master/src/qt/bitcoinunits.cpp#L34QString BitcoinUnits::name(int unit) { switch(unit) { case BTC: return QString("MNT"); case mBTC: return QString("mAMS"); case uBTC: return QString::fromUtf8("μAMS"); default: return QString("???"); } }
Cheers Graham

Cheers Graham Thank you Graham! So glad when you clear things up like this, and it shows me what to look for in the code. By the way, staking is working now. I have received stakes.
