That's why it's called investing! Its about bying when prices are undervalued and selling when prices are overvalued - of course, the whole point is to be able to tell the former from the latter. Good luck with your plan but I do not think loaning business will work in the community, the risk is big with that kind of business here in the online world. I would prefer to give a loan in my place and build a lending business with that amount of money.
