Now that Trump has won, DEV should send him congratulations via twitter with link to ESP
....Maybe we could get something out of this Smiley

Wait, with your wallet open.

How much is the PoS per year? Maybe i should stop keeping my coins on the exchange...

And i already waited with the wallet open

1. It don't need to be open. Just wait some days and then open it.

2. You must have a large amount of ESP and must be consolidated in one or two large chunks, or you will wait for a long time. It works like the hashing power in mining. The hashing power in our case is the number of ESP multiplied by the time we leave them unused in our wallet.

For example, my 50 million chunk of ESP gave me about 40 thousand more after one and a half days.
After they mature, i send them to myself to consolidate them (combine them in one chunk) and then i wait another one and a half days or more. The more time i wait, the more are the changes to get the reward soon after i open the wallet.

i did send to myself to do it too, but i thought it was faster

I didn't mean to say that you have to wait one and a half days. The coins are mature for POS after 8 or less hours (i think).
But to get some meaningful amount as reward you better leave them alone for some days.
You don't lose something after all... If you get 10k reward after 1 day you will get, say, 70k if you don't open the wallet for 1 week.

Yes, all the POS coins are like this. You don't have to leave your wallet open.
The staking weight and the staking amount continues to increase even off line.
The staking weight will help to hit a POS block sooner when you open the wallet, and the staking amount will be the same as if you leave it permanently open to stake 3 times a day.

Originally it was set to Nov 10 23:00 GMT, however Nova has the swap enabled until 2016-11-11 06:00 GMT+1

So the date when it all stops is: 2016-11-11 06:00 GMT+1

Excellent question thank you.
