Try using an older Crimson driver! The first one version 15.12. Have the same issue on my main rig which has crimson 16.5.1 beta. My other rigs run 15.12 and work. But, i am not planning to downgrade and double check on my main rig cause i got the others working.

Sample .bat file to get you started
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 sgminer.exe --kernel hmq1725 -o stratum+tcp://esp.maxminers.net:5872 -u user.worker -p x -I 15 -w 128 -g 2
Change -g to the amount of cards eg. -g 2 is for 2 cards
If pc runs slow and laggy when mining lower intensity, minimum is -I 8
For older cards use -I 8 and -w 64

today i was mining my first block ./cpuminer -a quark -o 127.0.0.1:22440 -u Espersrpc -p xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx -q [2016-05-07 06:09:36] accepted: 1/1 (100.00%), 88.96 kH/s yes! With a GTX 970 SSC @ stock I'm getting ~165kh/s with the following: sgminer.exe --kernel hmq1725 -o http://127.0.0.1:22440 -u u -p p -I 16 -w 256 -g 2 Another 40Kh/s than my CPU and 40W more on the power draw, not great but it's openCL on a nVidia GPU Little bit more consistent going solo, pool diff jumps around too much and causes more rejects than CPU mining. I'll stick with CPU now but I'll look forward to a CUDA port!
