What a strange way you have to ask for a favour. We had a deal since weeks for 1 btc, and now you want that deal to be canceled. Ok, fine! but first thing would be to ask and not to order!

You send me a PM two days ago, saying that  you have been scammed by CH, and demanding that I immediately cancel our deal.

Let me say that this is not my problem, but yours if you got scammed. So at least you should ask politely, as I have no obligation toward you, but to send the iotas you purchase from me. Instead of what you are accusing me and Seccour of scam. Unbelievable!

As I have been treated with good will by BigIota when I asked him to renegociate a deal we've made, I will do the same with you, but let me tell you, your doing it the wrong way!

Peter Eastgate 2:41 AM I sent my first tx 3 days ago, it is 0%, and same day i sent another 2 txs. I had no idea at that time, so the second one and the third one are clearly double spend. I sent 4th one yesterday, and from the bundle detail, it is double spend again. All 4 txs are 0% and not replayable. I dont know what should i do now.

IOTA obviously got severe scaling issues, and devs are too afraid to comment on them. They dont even acknowledge the problem...

My scamming is limited to to the provisioning of important news on the IOTA project Status. Some sellers might call this fudding...

thanks for your opinion but you are only saying this because you have not been effected by the theft. The lesson has now been learnt by many users but this does still not make it OK to steal, regardless of escrow or anything else. I do not see the harm in freezing the account and reimbursing the buyers that were effected. It would have nothing but a positive outcome for IOTA by building trust within the community.

I am not expecting @Iotatoken to be the police for future scammers but I do believe that it is their moral duty to fix this particular issue as it will be at no expense to do so in these early stages.

I'm asking @iotatoken directly to come up with a decision regarding this matter before launch for 2 reasons.

1. It will become harder to deal with once launch is complete
2. I will need to find more IOTA before Thursday !!

Was it from the foundation itself?

What is the relationship of Child_harold and the IOTA foundation and devs?

What are the course of action from the devs?
