A reminder for all buyers: Always use escrow!

Why? Some of us has more well known reputations then the escrow agents, an agent could actually introduce a extra point of failure in some cases.

Why? Conflict of interest. Because if there would be a dispute a third party, the escrow, can act as security and do a refund to both parties. I would suggest OgNasty.

The escrow could also disappear, lose the coin, get hacked, get hit by a bus etc... same could happen to the seller, only it adds two points of failure. Also if charges a fee... All I'm saying is telling people to *always* use escrow as though it's some kind of silver bullet is not a fair statement. It's only marginally better then a trusted seller imho.

We could use account control and phased transactions from Nxt. For example, if 2 out of 3 escrow's agree on paying the profit then the transactions will become active. So if 1 out of 3 gets hit by a bus, the ammount can still be send. Nxt has these features already functional.

Sorry but I'm not following how you could trade iota/btc using nxt. One solution however is using btc multisig to create a 2 of 3 multisig for the btc deposit, with the escrow holding one of the keys. This is generally not simple enough for most users though.

Coinb.it is an excellent website that allows people to easily set up 2 of 3 escrows. Still a little more technical, but a much safer solution.

Sorry I'm still not understanding why I'd want to rely on another system for something Btc can already do natively? How would it be more simple then coinb.it? Seems too complex, let's live in the real world, I do not actually see buyers being willing to go through that... buying nxt, learning the system, seller have to teach the buyer things... this is not feasible.

Because in Nxt you don't have to trust third parties. Tell me how BTC can do this natively. And... Nxt is very easy to learn! That's why I joined Nxt in the first place.  Grin

Thanks for the business!!

The 8 batches that are left are straight sales directly through me.

Get em while you can!

You too, can still squeak in at the last moment and join us as an early adopter!!! Be Smart and ......

....BUY NOW!!

*The the process is completed when I receive the BTC payment. At that time you will receive confirmation that you have been added to the list of buyers that will be sent Iotas as soon a CFB gives the green light to do so.

Other general things to take note of and remember:

*think twice before supporting any negative comments concerning the repeated requests for more testers. There is nothing wrong with this. You many not like the delivery, but it is imperative we have as many testers as possible. If you don't have the tech skills to do it, like me, donate to the foundation. Let's just stop giving the devs shit and do anything they request if we can.

**I see people point my out bias towards my very bullish estimates towards how Iota will do after launch. It's pointed out that, sure, I would predict such rises in value because I am selling.

However, in the same references to my bias, notice that none of them disagree with my calculations
