Yeah mate I am eagerly waiting Steam to include Bitcoin at checkout. Steam is the biggest online games retailer and Bitcoin will gain massive exposure to million of gamers around the world. If Steam offers also bigger discounts if we buy with Bitcoin this would be great. The 3rd party resellers of Steam gift cards and games always have had a premium on the prices compared to the Steam shop so now we could get cheaper games with Bitcoin through the official shop.

I've been following the price all day and it's holding very well on the 450 area. Bitcoin and all other cryptos are primarily driven through speculation, and this is no different. The difference is, no, it will not be dumped to $350 just because there is no logic or reason behind the price. Anyone can even argue that the rise is because sellers are now holding and waiting for the halving to take effect.

There are a lot of potential reasons, just because you can't easily link them doesn't mean they aren't there.
