While i like to see RISE to have its value a $1 each, I think this will only happen when the dev can come up with how RISE can be use and maybe a DAPP will do.
They may have to prove the platform to which all those mentioned programing language to work.

Well they are stored in your RISE wallet or on an exchange if you bought them there - if so safest is to create wallet (wallet.rise.vision) save your passphrase and transfer your RISE to your address and add a second passphrase (don't forget to save it or you will lock yourself out of your funds).

Yes... I also think it should be disabled as is with lisk.  Without said demand I see no reason why this is in place. As mentioned it can only contribute to devaluing rise.
