Hi @Mrbates, @gerb is right. The active delegates you currently see are Genesis Delegate nodes maintained by the Rise Foundation on their own servers to protect the Rise network from potential forking because the current code has this tendency. Rise mainnet is being updated/migrated to the latest code to provide a stable platform. After this is complete the Genesis Delegates will be removed and the community Delegates will take over. We expect this transition to be complete by the end of April. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Rise mainnet is being updated/migrated to the latest code to provide a stable platform.
Is the latest code the promised brand new code, or the same old code with bug fixes? |

I think so, they are preparing new version where 101 delegates will be able to start earning coins (forging) and people will start to buy in order to be able of been a delegate |

its not the worst if i should say. Pesobit is just scam than this one. Imagine that the developer edited their own blockchain and created 10 million more coins for themselves. but before that, they stole 10 million coins and tell everyone they were hacked through their own online wallet. and so the reason they edit the block chain.  whats worst is that we don't even know who these developers are. |
