I bet on "money back on loss" campaign match IFK Gothenborg vs Halmstads BK last Sunday. I bet for a win of Gothenborg but the match ended 1 - 1.
I have not received the money yet. When will I get back the lost money? The email newsletter says it will happen within 48 hours.

I dont think you'll get the money back because the match ended with 1-1. As per my understanding from the terms, the match should be ended with 0-0 to be eligible for the money back.

If your match winner bet loses, and the game ends in 0-0, Sportsbet.io will refund your bet within 48 hours.

In this case no other draws result eligible for the moneyback, so if the match ended with a draw but not 0-0 i.e 1-1 2-2 or 3-3 etc then players wont get money back. Correct me if I'm wrong about this.

Thanks for answering the question so fast. I should have read the promotion rules more precisely. I thought any wrong result except 0 - 0 would trigger a money back event. So I though a 1 - 1 result would be a valid result to be qualified for money back. But you are right, it is not.

I will come and try my luck for sure but I want to ask one simple question. Is betting site safe in this period of chaos where segwit2x has arrived at the door step? No they don't have an app. CoinFinder might be talking about the other sportsbet the australia one. Maybe he didn't knew that it was different or he just got carried away then downloaded the app.
