Contacted and verified that everything looks ok with the bets that I placed to qualify for your promotion being run until the 18th. Payment will be paid back to my account on the following day (on the weekday) of the 19th on Monday as Xinzark has pointed out.
Even got a reference to make sure that I get that amount paid back if there is any discrepency that might happen as he did see that I placed a smaller bet on the same game that might of been a problem but he said "It should not be an issue."
That is my guarantee that it will be paid back if not automatic once the promotion has ended then it will be done manually if that support person is not that on when I go to chat to get it done.

I asked customer service for help and they said the sportsbook manager said I lay the point on houston -0.5 and that not true. You all could see in "bet details" I wager team 2 (houston texans) @ +0.5 at the odds of 1.85 and sportsbet.io concluded that I lay the point on houston -0.5

Regarding your bet, when no team is displayed and only the players choice of outcome the handicap value always refers to the home team so if the handicap value is 0.5 it means that the home team has a 0.5 point/goal handicap and the away team a -0.5 point/goal handicap.

If the handicap value is -0.5 it means the home team has -0.5 point/goal handicap and the away team a 0.5 point/goal handicap, (0.5 is the same as +0.5)

Hi Sportsbet, can you take a look at this ticket. I won 1st period and it graded as a loss. I followed your advise and end up having an issue.

If you look at the match between Trail Blazers and OKC the 1st quarter ended 32-31 on your screenshot shows you have -2.5 on OKC for it to win the 1st quarter should end up with a score 32-35.

Its 32-31 Portland, and my ticket is a win regardless!

Regarding this bet, there is a team displayed (as opposed to your previous bet when there was not) so in this case it means you bet on Oklahoma City Thunder to win, minus a handicap of 2.5 points.

As the first half result was 32-31 (31 for Oklahoma), with your bet the result was 32-28.5, which unfortunately lost.

So in this case regarding my Oklahoma City ticket, the home team is Portland. Since Portland is the home team and the handicap value always refers to the home team. The handicap is -2.5 and the away team is +2.5 also, my Oklahoma city is the away team I'm getting +2.5 and the result of my bet is 32-33.5, which fortunately a win.

In your current example, a team is displayed under Bet details, therefore the points are deducted from that team.

If there is no team displayed there would be a one or a two in bet details, in that case the handicap would refer to the home team.

You should of bet last night for them. The odds were better on the Rockets with 1.3 and under 220.5 with a score of 111-109 at 3.4 odds.
I had that on a parlay but lost 1 of the 4 games on the ticket.
