I asked the chat about how much time is it going to take but it had no idea about it.

Exchange account is different than a gambling site account. As an exchange , they usually have a legal license and comply to the rules of keeping your identity safe. Plus you are not doing anything wrong trading in an exchange unless it is banned in your country but for a gambling which is mostly bann in alot of countries is an exceptional case

Is anyone else able to access Sportsbet.io , I wanted to use the cashout feature to cashout some of my bets because it was winning, but I am stuck at loading, loading goes up to a certain place and then stops.

I dont if I am right here, but I have a problem with sportsbet.io.
I made some deposits and some bets, but since last Friday I am not able to bet. I have access to my account, but when I wanted to place a bet, it just loads and nothing happens. I was in livechat and they told me to write to security@sportsbet.io. I did this and they asked for verification documents. I have a cloudbet account too, but I never had to send verification documents... But I have sent the documents the security email. Some minutes later, they replied my mail and I had to do a webcam verification in addition to the documents I have send them... Although it was very painful for me to do such a webcam verification, I made it and I thought I will be able to bet from now on. But nothing... Last email from sportsbet security was:

"Thank you for finishing our verification process.

Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.

As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions we would like to extend your the ability to explain.

Under rule 3.5

Where is my help now?
