Been betting in your website for quite some time now using my phone and laptop (when I'm at home) but recently, I noticed that it's a bit laggy when I'm trying to place a bet in my phone. It is not the latest one but I bought it last year so that should not be a hardware problem. My data connection is also quite good so I don't there's a problem there. What I'm usually encounter in the past hour is that it freezes up when I'm trying to load all the markets for a match. Can you look at it?

What phone and what browser are you using?
It isnt necessarily a site issue since I always have a great connection.
Everything works perfectly on my iphone 7 using the Brave browser.
Try using Brave and see if theres a noticeable difference.

Using an LG G6 with Google Chrome browser and I also tried it with Mozilla Firefox. Still troubleshooting what could have produced that laggy performance on my phone. Thanks for the suggestion. This Brave browser is quite new to me so I'll try it out and hopefully, this will solve the slowness that I'm encountering with Sportsbet.io's mobile site.

iPhone browsers don't matter because Apple forces everything to use the Safari engine. Brave on Android uses Chromium, which is what Chrome uses. I doubt it will help, but I suppose it is worth a shot. I'm having no issues on a Pixel 2 XL on Firefox with uBlock Origin installed (Snapdragon 835, which is an octa-core). I'm not sure what laggy performance counts as for you, the site still relatively runs well with Firefox + uBlock Origin on my old ZTE Axon (Snapdragon 801, 2 GB RAM).

My last withdrawal was on last Saturday and it was processed smoothly as usual without any issues. Have you checked your deposit? As it should have 3 confirmations before you can request a withdrawal. If it has 3 confirmations or more then its better to ask live support, I believe they will help you as soon as possible as it is not a big issue IMO.

Just recently tried the Firefox combo with uBlock Origin installed as an add-on (didn't know that Firefox android has an addon feature like the desktop version of it  )  and it worked like a charm to my device. I don't know what happened but I noticed the smoothness in the Sportsbet site when using that specific browser combined with that add-on. Thanks man for the suggestion.
