Yeah thank you for your message, but you told me to contact customer service. I told you that i did it 4 days ago and several times after that each time  and i got still no reply. So my issue is still unresolved.

So maybe try to contact your colleagues and tell them to finally contact me and tell me what is going on.

My money are locked on my account for 4 days and i cant make withdrawal - nor anyone contacted me to give me explanation.
This is highly nonstandard.

Anyway - i didnt make any doublespend as this time i made deposit via fiat gateway.And i deposited fiat via ewallet.

As i told you I  have several times contacted cs@sportsbet.io as well as security@sportsbet.io . I still do not have reply from them for 4 days. I have contacted also livechat - they told me to contact security@sportsbet.io as well as you. But we are going in circles. Because i contacted security@sportsbet.io on saturday and then each day at least once.

And my issue is also that they didnt even contacted me back for 4 days . So please - you can also contact them and raise my issue. And tell them to contact me ASAP.
BEcause as i said 4 days is highly nonstandard.

So it would be nice if you could contact your team members regarding this issue.

This is not good behaviour towards players when you cant even write back in 4 days and let me know why i cant make withdrawal. Or anything else.

P.S. - I can send only 1 personal message per hour .

I would like to make an update. I was able to ask for withdrawal recently. Now i am waiting for withdrawals to be processed. But i still do not know why were my withdrawals suspended. I just received email that my account is good to go.
