For the Black Friday promotion, have you thought about splitting up the times? 8 AM GMT fits European bettors quite well, but screws over North American bettors who don't want to stay up (in my timezone, promotion runs from 1 AM to 8 AM  ) It might be a better idea to do 4 hours that fit European timezones and 4 hours that fit NA timezones (which should also cover most of the world in the meantime)

Do you need to have a bet placed to be able to be selected to win the black friday promotion? so basically do you need to have a active bet that is sent on that day?
If yes, would it count if u set up premier league winner bet 2 months ago which is still active bet. Would this count as well? if not then is it okay if you place a bet on black friday for matches that happen in a few days?

i am confused, because a live chat agent told me last night that u need to have active bets to be able to qualify for the promotion and other says you dont need to.

Just to clarify - you do not need to have a bet placed to take part in the Black Friday promotion.

Users will be randomly selected and if the user logs in during the hour that there the mbtc is in their account, they must place a bet or contact our customer support to claim their prize. There is no wagering requirement or anything on winnings, however the above actions MUST be completed WITHIN THE HOUR that the money is in the user's account to claim it! Otherwise the user misses out!
