@notblox1 Arsenal have already signed quality player’s like Rice and Havertz and that shows how serious they’re about challenging City and winning the premier league title.  Furthermore even with the new deal City have lost a key player and this season all team’s are strengthening themselves and thus I strongly feel that Newcastle could be an surprise contender for occupying the top spot so I personally don’t think that City will win the league title easily in this new season.

I just found an ESPN video of the last years Nathan's 2022 Hot Dog Eating Contest in which he downs 63 (!!) freaking hot dogs. His pace is 8 hot dogs a freaking minute. WTF.

Oh my god! I did not see they got Declan rice! That's actually an impressive move without a doubt, they actually did something I did not expect. Between Declan Rice and Kai Havertz they actually spent 170 million starling on their transfers alone, just two transfers too and not more. I can't believe that they had that kind of money to spend, I thought the best thing to do in this case would be allowing people to see into their finances a bit this way, now we know they have the money for it.

I thought they weren't really doing anything substantial at all, they didn't had any money to spend like this at all, it's crazy to see how great they become. This season they may end up going all the way to the end and not really ruin it, they look like they are doing alright.

(Albon , Ocon and Gasly were on group with him that's why he got those big odds ).

It ended with Piastri not doing great at all at start and from there it was a recovery race for him as he got hit in rear wing around lap 30. I think both Norris and Piastri deserve a better McLaren car or any car in general so I still have faith in them to actually rescue this season but Piastri , even if I like this kid a lot , he still need some time to actually show what he is capable of.

That would be a good collaboration for Liverpool's midfield. But I'm still waiting for what kind of formula Jurgen Klopp will do with these 2 new players. I don't mean to underestimate, because last season when they brought in Darwin Nunez it couldn't work optimally, even though, at the beginning he was a player who was widely discussed his arrival together with Erling Haaland who joined Manchester City.

These two players are 2 smart players, and they have a good vision of playing. It's just that Klopp must really be able to make their chemistry perfectly created, lest they can't create it. As an example I want to see what happened to 2 legends in the past, Lampard and Gerrard are 2 players who need no doubt, but when in the England national team I would say they are a failed team.

To be fair that has worked for them for a while didn't it? You guys ended up with a title before during City reign era, and even won one UCL with that team as well. Sure they had some different player last year I am not going to argue against that, but I have to say it was definitely a period that these players were good. Henderson specially was a great player at one point, sad to see he is no longer considered good by the fans.

I am sure that they are going to do better now that they have made some moves, but I still do not see a pure striker there, the only one you got is Nunez, and we know how he has been so far and I believe that it will definitely not get a good job at all, they needed someone better. I hope he does much better this year.

^^^ I just looked and I actually got Szoboszlai's name right (z after s, seems pretty easy). Even watched his video of his pronouncing his name and, surprisingly, it's exactly how it's spelled haha.

Hendo, Jones, Elliot midfield, yeah. We can't really be strutting about with a trio who can't strike fear into the hearts of Brighton... I feel like we need at least a couple more solid names, keep hearing about Lavia, it's as if we never tire of pumping the blood out of Southampton haha.
