May I though? I mean I get Vini, he scores a lot, but valverde and gundogan? LOL Ikr. Well, for Gündoğan, he is the 2nd penalty kick taker after Haaland, and he scored a few of goals thru open-play in important games. For Valverde, he scored so many goals in early of this season. But after Ancelotti put him back from right winger into to his original position as center midfielder, his goal rate indeed becoming lower. Though, the main reason is, their odds to score were so high, comparing to Karim and Haaland. Yeah, it's just indeed a speculation rather than a full analyzed-bet

It's rather very sad to see the Saints get relegated just a few days after I got my merch from one of @notblox1 sponsored cup from a while ago, thanks to Steve and Sportsbet.io, I planned on wearing the beautiful Saints jersey amongst it for each of their remaining survival battle game at least to show some support for a SB sponsored team, but that didn't age well, did it ?, it's not that bad at the end of the day, as they only get to play 38 games in the PL, while it's 46 for the English championship which means, I'll get to wear it for 8 times more for upcoming season in their support.





As for the title race, I'd go with @ notblox1, I agree that Everton might feel a little confident after their last game, which was a rout at Brighton, but I also believe playing against Man City on any level, especially a title decider would have dent on any team's ego, and this game could even be over and done with before the end of the first 45 minutes, Arsenal look better now, and Brighton shouldn't be too much a task for them to overcome, I'd say today isn't the day we get to see paradigm shift we all so much anticipate.

Playing as the host, of course, Everton will play as much as possible to be able to provide resistance to Manchester city, Everton wants a win to get away from the relegation zone and while Manchester city also needs a win to win the league this season, see current statistics Manchester City is consistent with the winning path streak, I think they're going to keep that going until the end of the season.

I believe Manchester city will win the league this season, of course they have to really wipe out their opponents with a win so that it makes it easier for them to claim as Premier League champions or as expected they can reach the treble winner.

Man city played 2 times in the Premier League with Everton last year and 1 match was a 1-1 draw and another match was won by man city 1-0. and this is the first match between these two in this league, but Man city can win this match by 2-0 goals or 3-1 goals. Everton is not a very good team so Man city has high probability to win this match.  But a 4-0 win may not be possible. Winning 4-0 is not easy.  But it can be said strongly that Man city can win.  But I don't think 4-0 will end the match

In any case, I had a simple bet, City to win the game, that's it and I ended up with a loss as well and it was a decent chunk of money so I am sad that I lost it but that happens when you are betting, I will do it again for the second game and I hope it gets better results.

@dezoel in an important match like these Haaland would be marked heavily hence Pep would have prepped his midfielders to step up and thus one should have selected De Bryune to score because he really steps up in matches like these. Also for the return leg I would suggest to go for Benzema and De Bryune because I’m really sure that these two will score because of their experience of performing well in such big matches.

Every good player gets marked tightly in big games, Mbappe should never score on any semi finals or finals games for UCL then? Not like they are reaching there but you get my point. Or Ronaldo and Messi should have never scored? They are as big as it gets and yet they were.

This means that we are at a point where Haaland has to prove to the world that he is way too good for all these discussions and should have done better and scored. Manchester City simply are overwhelmingly stronger than Everton even with their second squad. They do not use their main squad for this match as in mid of next week, they will host Real Madrid in a semi final which is a second leg and will decide what team will go next.

The temporary result is already 3 - 0 for Manchester City with two goals for Gundogan, 1 goal for Haaland. With about 30 minutes left, Manchester City can replace some star players with alternatives and can find one or two more goals with those substitution players who want to show themselves and find a better position in their club.

Today, I went with the underdogs, Everton and Espanyol, but they suffered a crushing defeat against Barcelona and City, so my luck went down the drain.
I believe that Barcelona will be crowned champion of this season after their victory today away from home, so congratulations to Barcelona for winning the title.

It is a big shock and I guess nobody can think of that result. Anyway, the big defeat comes from 2 late goals when Arsenal had to lift up their squad to attack and find goals. Those two late goals only make this defeat more tragic for Arsenal and they have to say goodbye to Premier League title after all.

Two of four clubs: Nottingham, Everton, Leeds United and Leicester City will be relegated. I think among those four clubs Nottingham is a less favorite team as they don't have big history like other clubs. The race is very tough and with very close differences, last 2 or 3 matches will be so important for all of them. I think Leeds United have less chance to stay in Premier League if Leicester City can win their match and surpass Leeds United when all clubs will have only 2 remaining matches.

The fact that they managed to do that later on is the biggest news. I mean they didn't had any wins at all before 2010's and since then they became the second most titles suddenly, that's a huge deal. I know that it has a richer history but still having 6 titles this quickly definitely ends up being something big to talk about.

I feel like there is this underlying factor that money did bring them a lot of good players, but none of the players were superstar level players neither, they were always good, but none of them were Ronaldo, Messi, Mbappe level players, maybe aside from Haaland who everyone knew would be a star as soon as he steps foot on the field. All in all I think that achievement is huge, and should be congratulated.
