Liverpool did enter, but they have already got a target player with the same position as Simons.

I think he has the potential to become world class, but for whatever reason it hasn’t quite happened yet. I think his PSG move came too early in his career but he is ready for a big move now.

I think these days after teams like Liverpool started to do things different, by looking at stats and data, other teams are also trying to do the same. Honestly when they bought Salah and Firmino, nobody including me rated them. Good players in Italy and German league, but not even top 20 by looking at their skill. I remember Salah had one of the worst finishing stats!

But then they continued doing it and even teams like Brentford did the same, so now this is the modern way. Maybe he has stats we are not seeing, and if you 'unlock' it with correct players around them they become good? Who knows right

I was also expecting some twist in this transfer but latest updates clearly showing he is agreed about his personal terms with Chelsea which mean all set for his entry into Chelsea.
Bayern Munich always capable of giving surprises, but currently they are late in this situation, so Chelsea can win this race this could be good for them, he is the good winger who can bring good results for them at top level in coming season.

All is set for Chelsea but still need to wait official announcement because in soccer anything can happen at last moment.

Looking at the odds, Arsenal is the most ambitious team after Chelsea, but I don't think he will go there. Arsenal doesn't need a player of that profile anyway. I think his chances of going to Bayern are much higher than Arsenal. Of course Leipzig wouldn't want to lose such a player to a rival from the same league. Chelsea still seems to be the first and closest option. For 1.45 odds I can understand those who don't want to take this risk but I don't see a big surprise here. I think he'll end up signing for Chelsea.

Ah, I won't be repeating last season's Liverpool outright bet, unfortunately. Not when they're the favourites but Igebotz Chelsea 9/1 (9.56 boosted) represents an easy 10x win for a season's investment. Seems like something right down your alley, padi. Since some people wants not to hear only mi opinion but wants to see what I pick if I have to answer the question about Xavi Simmons I have two ways of thinking.

First one is , if he is smart enough he have to go to Bayern Munich because he already know the league and Bundesliga suit him and his way of playing.

The second one is, every footballer wants to taste Premier League so he can choose to go to any of the PM teams, if Chelsea and Arsenal seems to be the best for him.

If you ask me I see him as a Spur player, what this mean? Well having good statistic and failing to achieve anything.

I am not surprised if that transfer between Newcastle United, Isak and Chelsea happens, but I wonder whether Chelsea actually need Isak after signing with Joao Pedro in the summer?

Alexander Isak only scored many goals for Newcastle United last season and he has never come nearly to the expectation as a next Ibrahimovic. One magnificient season is not enough to convince me that Isak already changed and upgraded himself to a higher quality level but I remember that before joining Liverpool, Mohamed Salad was not too goal productive like what he shown after that transfer and chance of playing for Liverpool.

Isak can repeat that success of Mohamed Salah and upgrade himself more in Liverpool or fail to repeat it. In my opinion, it is a risky transfer for Liverpool if the transfer cost is too high.
