I’m not saying they’ll definitely get past Real Madrid, though I wouldn’t rule it out either. However, given the current situation, the English club has a real chance of winning. If they can avoid individual mistakes and capitalize on their chances, it will be extremely difficult for Real Madrid to impose their style of play.

Yesterday's match was nothing to write home about, and I think a lot of bets will be lost by picking a team from Serie A that failed to qualify.
Benfica and Bayern Munich won in dramatic fashion, but it was more exciting to watch the Benfica vs Monaco match because of the many goals.
City are 2 goals down, it's like they have no hope - whereas Mbappe was on fire tonight.

Real Madrid scored a goal just three minutes into the game. That must have disappointed many from Manchester. And at half time Real Madrid scored two goals. And since Real Madrid was already 2 points ahead, these goals put more pressure on Manchester City. And the match ended with 3-1 goal at the last minute. I was ready to bet in favor of Real Madrid but their odds were very small which is why I couldn't bet on such a beautiful match. That early goal opens an easy match for Real Madrid but I believe if they don't score it too early, Manchester City will still not be good enough to win against Real Madrid in Bernabeu stadium. Real Madrid are simple stronger than Manchester City in this season generally and in two playoff matches in particular. If Manchester City are good as same as Real Madrid, they would have been in a Premier League title competition, but in fact they are struggling to get a fourth position in Premier League.

This season is going to worse for Manchester City and Pep but by leaving Champions League early like this, they can focus more on Premier League and perhaps it will help them to finish in top four.

With the form Everton are in now it will be difficult to bet against them. United's form also makes it difficult to expect them to go in and take all points. I think they play better away from home, but they have lots of issues yet to fix.

Chelsea are also tough opponents anytime and can hurt Villa.

I expect Arsenal to win West Ham, not easily but surely.

Well, I think most people are betting on these games anyway, and myself usually on odds greater than 3/1, so it's just a bonus to be part of a promo. $20 qualifying bet is also straightforward. I passed the first stage simply by trusting Real (over 3/1) -- and betting on a Bayern draw at > 7/1 on 90th minute. Would have easily won with Real -1.5 anyway, but the next stage should be more challenging.

With the 16 clubs left for the next phase, there are some strong candidates to win Champions League title. In my opinion, they are Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich but it's just a quick look.

We have to wait for UEFA draw result and see pairs for a next phase, then we can have better view on chances of each club to go to the final match.

Check out UEFA Champions League knockout bracket before the drawing event but possibly some big clubs will have to eliminate each other directly in a Round of 16.

Yeah it was really hard for me to be honest, I failed on day 1, had to rely on day 2 to save myself. I do mostly betbuilders, or I try to get a 2.5x and then make a multi with a 'sure thing'. But we all know the sure things like Bayern didn't make it.

Live bets not possible for me mostly I'm sleeping or not able to come online, so I have to rely on making many bets and hope they make it.

Liverpool and Paris Saint Germain will meet again for the 3rd time in the Champions League, this time they will meet in the round of 16. In the previous 2 meetings that took place in the 2018/2019 season, they were able to beat each other in the group stage at that time.
