As everyone said above,they didn't paid prizes and sometimes they are remiving winnings...for me only one time they removed all my winnings..Be carefull guys,i cant say they are not genuine because they paid me many times but sure they are weird recent days.

Though I have not following this thread so I don't know their legitimacy but they were super good in the forum and people recommended them to gamblers. Please if you have issue with them, you can state it clearly what happened with screenshots. You can see the how to go about it in the Scam Accusation Board. If you are here warning people, we won't understand why. So details explanation is good.

Sportsbet.io changed their marketing strategy for a long time, and the announcement can help you more. They're no longer active with marketing in Bitcoin forum as their parent company Yolo group even laid off many staffs.

Well i know they re-opened the indian accounts that were disabled, surprisingly in time for IPL ,

they couldn't stay away from the big cake that is the indian market i guess, their revenue must have gone down quite a bit after they exited india and a bunch of other countries for them to do a 180.

that's what usually happens when a company restructures and pivots their business direction and lays off a bunch of their employees, the service starts getting degraded, and they either bounce back and fix stuff or become a shit show (they won't be the first casino this happens to).

This thread getting revived prompted me to go check my account and the gro restriction has been lifted now. It appeared few days after they announced their restructuring and remained for a couple of weeks or months after that. I wonder why there was any need to make changes regarding that earlier and what prompted it getting fixed now.

I would not be playing. It's very much a different sport bookie from the one I used to play on and most of the changes are not for the better.

We are now no longer associated with the people currently handling the Sportsbet.io discord.

Since they announced their comeback on X, I haven't bothered visiting the site anymore. The experience just doesn't feel the same as before, and the sale rumors make it even harder to trust them again. Ownership transitions like this usually bring a lot of changes, and player communication tends to be the last priority. The real concern is for those who still have balances sitting there, withdrawals could get messy if things aren't fully sorted out internally.

I saw this scam accusation, and it did not feel like the good old sportsbet.io we know about - SPORTSBET.IO Delay my withdrawal and blocked my account, no respond after 10 day
If the rumors of change of ownership are true, then we have to brace for the worst. I don't know why very excellent services tend to decline when ownership changes. Like, is it so hard to keep on the good legacy the service had before it was sold?

I found an article in February 2026 that they plan to sell Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io to Betsson AB but it is not clear if the sale or transfer of the full owner has been completed so it no longer involves bitcointalk?

Yeah... sometimes the transfer of owners always changes the previous plan, so it is appropriate that if anyone asks about this on the forum, it will not be answered by their official representative, because it is no longer their marketing goal.

Agree, It’s useless to play here because they already stop all their existing promotions even on their casino including tournaments and weekly promotions.

Their sister company such as livecasino are also doing the same dead marketing approach so it’s not really worth it to still risk playing here in addition to their VIP program that resets every month.

Yes it is good to remove it but, it will be better if they come back here and make some announcement on the sportsbet and the changes occurred in the casino. Many people are saying they will not play or use the casino again because of the changes they see there because bookies are not the same. And it will be good for them to come and inform the forum about it.

I remember that Betcoin.AG used to have bad reputation before its ownership changed and the new owner resolved cases and rebuilt that casino reputation back. It is still early but there are not good signals from Sportsbet.

Indeed, it's something to worry about. They have to prove that they can be trusted again; otherwise some of us know that the real trustworthy sportbet.io no more.

Its clear,no matter what i will do they wont credit winnings.They lost respect when they didn't credit winnings and am not like created new account I am using sinces many years .So,i moved to decentralized sites like sxbet and polymarket so cool.
