I believe you don't need to worry about that anymore because there are no complaints here regarding the bootstrap needed in the Android vault. The way I see it, the Android Vault is like your online wallet where the blockchain is not being downloaded but can function as a full wallet minus staking ofcourse since it doesn't have the entire blockchain in the phone. |

Yes, because the Android Vault cannot do any staking, it also uses a shared blockchain from a specific official server so no need to download it for the Android Vault. |

We are aware of the problems and they were passed to the dev who is working on it right now. You might want to send your CBX out of your Mobile Vault before installing the next version, as installing a new one will make you lose your address. |

This one happened before to me then all of a sudden it got fixed without doing any changes. Due to that I wasn't able to take a screenshot of the error. |

It seems to be isolated cases. Not all are being affected, there are reports that theirs is working great while not for some. It could be the application itself being unstable. |
