Hi guys, i send 6 coins to cryptopia for testing and is confirmed in my wallet but is not on my exchanger wallet, i don´t use Payment Id for this one, but then send 6 coins more using the  Payment Id of my exchanger wallet but the coins still not arriving to the exchanger, you guys have this problem?

You definitely need to use a payment id when sending coins to exchange. I'd open a support ticket, and you should be able to get all 12. Someone got some coins on because there is a few on the sell side now.
Thanks mate, i will wait for the last 6 coins i sent with Payment ID get confirmed on my wallet and see if this arrive to the exchanger, if it don´t i will open a ticket, thanks for you time. Cheers.

the same happened to me, but my TX with Payment ID is not showing pending on the exchange and my local wallet have 2 confirmations, let see if this arrive.

You MUST include paymentId or we will never be able to find your deposit in the exchange wallet.

Your paymentId is like your BTC/LTC/DOGE address

It's very important to include the paymentID when sending coins to Cryptopia, that is sort of your main account address.

Looks like Cryptopia's wallet is offline.  Your coins should show up when they get it back online as long as you used your payment ID.

Edit:

I'm not sure of the accuracy of their block explorer.  I checked other cryptonote coins they list and it gives the same screen.

There is no problem over there. Wallet works fine, that explorer is meant for Bitcoin clone not cryptonote

I test sending Bcx to cryptopia it was confirm on my wallet but on my dashboard it is not showing I have sent a ticket to Cryptopia but no answer until now and it's been two hours,I seldom use this exchange but it seems support is low compare to CCEX..

It's 07:17 in the morning in New Zealand where cryptopia is based. The guys running it were probably sleeping when you sent your ticket. They should answer it in a few hours after they have had their breakfast.

I have a support ticket where the user said they sent it to their PaymentId but the block explorer does not show the PaymentId and out wallet tracker cannot find it.


I have never had this issue before with CryptoNote coins, so It could be that the user is mistaken, but thought I would check anyway.

This is the first time I deposited to Cryptopia all my trading are from Yobit and CCEX and yes they've asked me about the payment id and have sent them already I hope they can resolve my issue so I can use and incorporate their service..
