Updated Main post with Altpool faucet .
I will have to redesign the Main Post for clarity.
Will also consider moving this thread to a new one with bounty promotions (sig, twitter etc. campaign) to create fresh awareness in building the Bitcedi community.

That would be a great idea. Include some infographics also.

Faucet just launched!

Checkout the beta:
http://bitcedifaucet.altpool.com/

 Cool

Nice! Is that the first cryptonote faucet? Don't remember seeing any for Bytecoin, Monero, Boolberry, Digitaldarkducknote, etc.
Nice faucet, consider placing some ads.

Bytecoin and Karbo have faucets.  But it is cool that this one seems to be written from scratch, not based on Bytecoin faucet by Ratnet. Congrats!

Unfortunately dev is going in wrong direction wasting time and resources for c-cex. The only correct direction is bittrex for now, unfortunately he is not leading us there.

Decent hashrate is very necessary for network, miners need to dump somewhere, with bittrex nethash will go up. Currently cryptopia listing is killing this coin because people selling for nothing and recovery process from 42 satoshi will be very painful if not impossible.

Coin voting is a scam, always. Seriously, we need to overtake Pope Francis Coin and this is hilarious.

What will it require for the coin to get listed on Bittrex?

Probably a listing fee. I don't know if they're upfront about it, but bittrex seems to charge fees for everything else. They want 1.5 BTC to change the ticker for myriadcoin from MYR to XMY, while poloniex and cryptopia do it for free. They also charge money for "featured coin" slots on front page, and list every shady ico that comes along. Anyway, I'm guessing maybe 5-10 BTC to get listed there, but just guessing.

I believe it worth trying to make some requests via twitter and email. Will worth to contact poloniex too, well, bold move but why not.

I wrote to hitbtc recently because they seems like CN coins, but they wanted to "discuss the details of partnership" so I deleted email. They are just not adequate, why not list new CN coin and wipe out QCN for example. I will never understand their policy.

what do you guys think of Yobit? I guess it's much easier to get listed there than on Bittrex.
btw, network hashrate has gone down to 3.

Yobit although an exchange that readily accept any coin have not accepted crytptonote in the past and I doubt if they will accept Bitcedi, this is one of the aspects of cryptonote that some investors do not like, some exchanges are not accepting cryptonote coins..

I just looked at Yobit and i didn't see any cryptonote coins. Even XMR and BCN are not listed there. Sorry guys for bringing this up.

It's a different codebase with different RPC commands and a different payment methodology (use of payment ids), so it's more of a pain in the ass then just copypasting the same thing they use for every bitcoin clone.

So this is the reason why I never see a cryptonote algos on CCEx and Yobit ,but in the future is there a possibility that they are going to add such coin in their database, their are more stable and long term coins..

C-Cex WILL add Bitcedi if we win vote.
That's why they accepted Bitcedi into voting list.
They reviewed the code before listing it on their voting list.

Now all we need is 1 vote from each member to finish on top.
