No, it's a fork of digitalnote, which is quite different than monero now, so I doubt it.

I guess someone is renting hash power. still, i'm outta here. No other exchange, weak support from the community, devs post once in a blue moon, we won't be seeing price pump anytime soon even though we saw a huge pump on net hashrate. I'll be dumping my 70K stash in the coming days, so you guys better watch it out. Good luck guys.

I have one lonely CPU working on this. Without much skin in the game, I'm not going to bail any time soon.

Yes, though to get the full 106% interest you have to lock your coins for about a year, without any possibility to unlock them before term afaik. That can be quite risky when we don't even know if the coin will still be around in a even month

Hi guys,
can someone please help me get set up with solo mining? This is the configuration I have so far:
cpuminer-multi-x64 -a cryptonight -t 4 -o myipaddress -O user:pass
Is this correct so far? If so, what is the port that I need to use? I can't seem to find the .config file for the wallet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Just mine from the wallet. Sync daemon, open wallet, type "start_mining 4"

Thanks! I just downloaded the CLI version. So when ever I mine a block it'll just show up in the wallet app automatically?
Just out of curiosity approximately how does it take to mine a block? Just wondering how long I should wait before I should worry that something is wrong.
Thanks again.

if you are using the wallet to mine, you will only recieve payout from the default pool once you reach 2.5 BITCEDI. you can check the average block time in their block explorer here http://185.106.122.31/bitcedi/#blockchain_blocks

Network hashrate is pretty high atm, might take a few days. If it goes back down to 2-3 kh/s you should find a few blocks a day at least.
