We all know the reasons all these guys are running to Switzerland to register the company (called now foundation), they are only going there to protect themselves not the investors. In my country most of if not all corrupt officials have been accused to have Swiss bank accounts because the country allows for some kind of protection for these people. I will appreciate it, if you guys will stop running to Switzerland to register your company. You are just talking novice investors for granted.
Donor: a person who gives money or goods to an organization
Investor: a person who puts money into something in order to make a profit or get an advantage.
Just check the dictionary mean of this two terms. A donor is a giver.

Again, isn't it funny how they registered as a Swiss company but complain about the SEC which is a United States regulator. Their "legal" clearly forgot about the concept of jurisdiction. Just in much the same way, they advised them to use the very popular "donation" structure, just to make "everyone" and the "structure" is adequately protected. |

I hope you guys are reading the wonderful stipulations they are having you agree to prior to giving them free money- terms that are designed for your own protection as they claim of course.  “WINGS” may not assure or warrant that the WINGS’ community will allocate “WINGS Token” to the “Donators” as proposed by “WINGS” (and set forth hereinafter).2.7 Risk of Alternative, Unofficial “WINGS Platforms”
It is possible that alternative platforms could be established and be adopted by the community, which utilize the same open source code and open source protocol underlying “WINGS Platform”, but differ in specific issues. Not only may such platforms negatively impact the “WINGS Platform”; but there is also a risk that if such unofficial platforms are accepted by the community, the community will not allocate, and the “Donators” will therefore not receive, “WINGS Token” to “Donators”.
2.5 Risk of Abandonment / Lack of Success

I've been here long enough to understand that when someone from the community is trying so hard to prove his point, he has an hidden personal interest.... otherwise you would have simply state your thoughts and be gone....no one here is Robin Hood, all of us are seeking profit, few are backing a break through technology but that's it. Relating your comments, I'll admit the disclaimers are a bit harshly putted but that doesn't mean anything really. The risk in these kind of investments is so high and that was always the story. Is there anything preventing other projects from abandoning their goals one minute after raising funds? If there were no disclaimers could you control the way things go? NOSo if you can't stand the heat walk away, we didn't ask for fucking guarding angel, trust us we know how to mange our portfolio. Peace |

With all the high hope I have in this project, that now we are likely to get the DAO concept finally right, the decision of the developers to only seek to protect themselves in case of foreseeable future fiasco at the expense of the investors sorry donor put me off. I was about investing when I saw the term Donation. It really piss me off.

You cannot until now. Wings hasn't enabled conversion of eggs to wings token yet . Also, I have a Bounty with pending status. It is Bounty for published article. Rest all bounties are approved. Maybe it's taking them time to review all the articles. |

10% bonus is for the first 10000 btc invested. And for the people talking about why Wings using the term "donation" instead of "investment", is it because Wings registered themselves as a foundation and not as a company? More explanations posted but i'm so busy to read it all.  |

The first goal will be reach but the second one will not, investor vs ICO are popping like popcorn here and there so investment are divided, wings is by no means a good project but there are too many ICO now a days.

We used the same firm as Ethereum after interviewing several and determining they had the right set of skills, experience, and regulatory environment. Due to the nature of the platform were advised that this is the correct way. We will be recommending this firm to some of the project DAO's. |

Hey I dont know if that was already published here but in one of Iconomi interviews they posted this: DAOs as an organisational form and ICO as a way of raising funds in an almost unregulated form are actually a part of the investment spectrum, with the classic startup and VC model representing the other end. It seems like they mean Wings (or similar DAO project) in that quote. Which can be only good for Wings if they will cooperate at the end |
