I have been trading on Liqui for a few Months. Liqui is totally fine. They have Iconomi, Golem, that other Exchanges don't have yet.

The problem with Liqui is low volume also the Wings tokens on it is IOU,not the real wings token and this may impact the price because IOU tokens are usually manipulated

This does not stop buying them and keep on exchange, it is necessary to wait until an acceptable prices and buy, hold and make profit

In order to prevent scam, people can participate forecasting the upcoming projects, this may minimize the scams perpetuated by rouge individuals . After projects are being approved by the community that is the time the project takes the next step which launching an ICO campaign .

This problem big names and legality WINGS, Liqui * they * have made coin guises and price in their market, I think it is very possible that the real price stability WINGS. It will make a huge least worry to everyone who has been following the ICO, and the participants BOUNTY.
Even if Liqui install standard price prediction ok it was not anything, but why they have made a special market for wings whose originals WINGS itself has not decided on the distribution.

IOU market is all about trust, if you trust the exchange you can trade it, for the case of Liqui there is proof that the exchange participate in Wings ICO but from experience the IOU market is always manipulated, Lisk, Waves, Antshares etc were all manipulated before the real tokens was launched

Scam ICOs can also be prevented by using escrow to a large extent.Will Wings also act as escrow and how would it be better than other escrows.
If launching an ICO would be made easy with Wings,we would soon have lots of ICOs which eventually leads to diminishing interest in ICO.

AFAIK
Every fund is held securely on a smart contract which is transparent on the blockchain. Depend on the ICO's milestones, the portions of the fund will only be release after their goal is delivered, and It is done by voting mechanism. If there is indication of scam or failed in delivery, the backers can vote not to release the fund. In other case if there are any proposals that did not reach the minimum target, then all the funds which is already sent by the backers, will be automatically refunded by smart contract.

So... i am not sure if escrow is necessary on this regards... but well, lets wait for wings.ai reply...

Liqui didnt start trading wings until the ICO ended, so it easy for them to calculate how much they paid for each token.

Anybody could open a market for wings (or any other token) if they want. With a free market there is no way for wings to decide who gets to trade wings tokens.

To join the ICO or the bounty. You can buy up some tokens on Liqui if you are interested, for me at the present price it is a steal, anything less than 10ksat for the tokens is a give away price when you compared the price to some coins with virtually no use case

This is around 2.5k sats , after all btc and altcoins have been considered and factored the way they were donated.
