What has happened to the 5000 satoshi Fixed mark ?

Selling below that is just stupid, your just paying people in your own electricity use to take the coins off your hands well under power cost.....

Its paying the amount of coins of the Blocks that were found in a proportional Mode to the miners. There is nothing wrong.

why you disabled the solo mine? any reason for that?

XRE was forked from quite a recent bitcoin Version where solo mining was removed

i have 35MH there and i'm getting only 2400 coins per day, estimate say 4300, and math say also 4300, math is done with blocktime*blockreward/(nethash/myhash)

You cannot compare one hour vs 24h. Luck is a big Factor here. Compare hour against hour or 24h vs 24h. The pool is paying out what is coming in minus 1% fee
