Good answer:

Better answer:

Use btct.co in the first place and you don't have to deal with weexchange.   Grin

Dividend of 0.003775/share issued.  Wink

Historically dividends were higher. Did something happen?

Yes. Multiple things happened.

A dividend payment was made on Sunday to complete the 0.1BTC dividend payments for all share holders. So this dividend payment is calculated based on 3 days of mining.

After that, dividends would be calculated on total ASICMiner shares. And not only publicly owned ASICMiner shares. Bitfountain owns 200,000 ASICMiner shares that have now started earning dividends.

And finally, friedcat said that dividend payments will be low for the next couple of weeks as they put in orders for 200TH more.

Oh and also, ASICMiner's have not crossed the 7TH mark yet while the total network hashrate has increased. Which means earning less share from all newly mined blocks. (All of their 12TH are not yet up, no idea whats slowing them down.)

Thank you very much. I should expect an increase in dividend payments over the next couple weeks then?

Depends if ASICMiner can get all 12TH online instead of less than 7TH. Because others will keep on getting on board. So if all 12TH is not online, then we will see decling dividends till the next batch of ASICs arrive.

If everything goes according to plan, then we should start seeing rising dividends again from May on wards - when 50TH starts coming online steadily.

Yup, you can send them to "BurnsideAsicminer" on the exchange, then I send friedcat a transfer request with qty/btc address/email.

There's no fees right now though, and for at least another couple months.  You never know if you might want to sell in that time.  I'd recommend keeping them liquid at least until then.

Cheers.

Now that we're over 5,000 shares I've sent a PM to Friedcat asking for clarification on whether the PT qualifies for a board seat and a sample asic.

If we qualify for a seat on the board, we will be using the motions system to allow shareholders to vote on how the PT will place it's votes.  Thus all shareholders will get a say in how things are run.

If we qualify for a sample ASIC I will point it at a mining pool where everyone can see it mining.  I'll set the pool withdrawal address to the deposit address of the issuer account at btct.co.  Then 100% of the earnings will go out with the regular weekly ASICMINER dividends.

Cheers.
