Contract details
Mining
Creative Mining is a Bitcoin mining project, located in Bochum, Germany. Our miners are kept at a very secured location underground, with access to free electricity grid, up to a maximum of 100kW. These advantages will make Creative Mining competitive with any other mining assets on the market. The company will offer 10,000 non-dilutable shares of a Creative Mining.
Dividends
Dividends will automatically appear in shareholders Bitcoin wallets every Friday. Dividends will consist of 65% of Creative Mining net revenue for the week. Net revenue is defined as the total of all Bitcoins mined minus maintenance costs. The percentage of the net revenue paid in dividends can change if shareholders vote to change it. Such action will only occur if the state of the Bitcoin mining space demands it.
Reinvestment
Every week, Creative Mining will reserve a percentage of mined Bitcoins equal to 35% of net revenue. These investments will allow Creative Mining to deploy additional hardware. Time of deployment for this additional hardware will be in the best interest of shareholders.

2014-11-10 Creative Mining expansion.
Dear Shareholders,
Creative Mining management team held initial meeting last friday regarding the future of our mining facility in Bochum. We have decided we will use our mining profit and re-investment funds to expand mining operation in to living quarters of our underground facility. This will give us about 40m2 of space and allow us to use the full advantage of free electricity grid. We have already purchased the racking system, fire suppression unit, 3x 12" server extraction units, electrical wiring and power strips. We are currently in the process of evaluating our power usage to maximize the outcome.
We are considering launching our own cloud mining service after the Initial Public Offering shares are sold. Creative Mining board meeting will be scheduled for next week.
Additionally, we have just received our 5 (five) AntMiners S3 from Mariusz and another order was placed with BitmainTech re-seller for 12 (twelve) AntMiners S4. These will be deployed once We have the 2nd server room ready. More updates will follow.
We have engaged in conversation with one of the leading marketing firms. Creative Mining will soon be launching it's own marketing campaign. Stay tuned.

Dear Shareholders
As expected, We have received the delivery of 5 Antminers S3 batch #8 from BitmainTech. All devices are hashing steadily since this morning at 455Gh/s each. Our total hashing power is now ~38.6Th/s or for our Shareholders it's ~3.86Gh/s per share.
Additionally, We have received an email from BitmainTech today, stating Antminers S4 from batch #2 are now available to order. Therefore, and without any hesitation, We have secured an order for 2x Antminers S4 B2. Order total = 6.574. Estimated delivery was scheduled for middle October . Creative Mining re-investment fund hasn't yet accumulated enough Bitcoins for this purchase, but We decided to loan just over 1 Bitcoin to re-investment fund from our own pocket. We really wanted to make this purchase as soon as possible and this was the quickest option. Loan will be repaid once our re-investment fund accumulates funds. This addition will increase Creative Mining total hashing power to 40Th/s+ and for our Shareholders 4Gh/s+ per share.

Yeah, if new team will do good work and manage to not just return old clients but push CT forward after some time value of shares will rise.
But right after reopening it will be still low.
And dump was not so big.
Yes price fall dramatically almost to zero, but is only because low bid count (demand). Total number of CTB+CTL shares sold between first announce about closure and new announce about reopening under control of new team was few hundreds.
While total volume of shares issued is 5392+3294=8686

I manage to Request withdraw in time (in first day after announce), main part of coins was sent immediately to my wallets.
I use my remaining fiat (USD) to buy coins at highly overvalued price/rate (because many other users do the same - like LTC @ 3.3 USD and some PPC and NMC) and withdraw too.
Only last LTC withdrawal (~90 LTC) stuck (due empty hot wallet). I post support ticket about it, it was NOT answered...
But i got this last withdrawal next day just few hours right before final close.
So right now only CT and ES shares stuck for me...
