I made my comments regarding the security before the IPO, and I made a mistake where I thought you violated the ESECURITYSABTC contract. Which I immediately retracted after someone pointed it out.

It'd be fake accusations if I'm still accusing you instead of making a mistake and apologizing.

The design is very nice, but I do wish it didn't have the same borderitis as BTCT. I assume Burnside is helping with this?

Burnside dont work or isnt involved in this project, and his website isn't took as model to make crypto-trade website.

What you mean exactly by Borderitis?

It's a design concept where sometimes a designer gets trapped into the desire to put everything in a box and/or border. If you step back and imagine ways to remove most of the visible borders, and as many boxes within boxes as you can, you would then be "curing" borderitis.

Borderitis stems from methodical approach to placing content, and eschews the goal of "less is more". It also comes from old school table-based web design habits.

any update on the project and current IPO? I can see that only 290 BTC shares and 519 LTC shares have been sold so far out of the first 2 batches of 10k each. shames cause it's seems to be a nice project, there's really a need of a better exchange out there. Maybe you should reconsider the public offer like halving the price Smiley

The project is in preparation and test. The sales of shares isnt related to the developpement and won't stop us to bring this new website online. As said we could run the website selling only 1% finally to the public that's not a problem.

how are these new shares issued by the way? are they offered on the exchange? I can see 0.20 offer for BTC shares in 9710, which leaves no doubt it's part of the first batch, but not much in LTC, just 500 at 0.23... is that you? wound't the LTC shares change continuosly due to ltc/btc exchange rate?

That's why he only puts a small batch up - in case the exchange-rate suddenly moves.  Issuers have to do that if they sell shares valued in a currency other than the one listed in - or they risk not raising the desired funds if the exchange-rate moves unfavourably and someone buys up before they can update the order.

Indeed, I snagged some of these shares for well below face value with some lucky timing.

Yes right, I'm trying to change price 10 or more time daily to reflect at best possible the rate btc/ltc.

Indeed, I snagged some of these shares for well below face value with some lucky timing.

Nice and lucky, yes shares in LTC is subject to high variation in the price due the high variation of ltc/btc price recently.

Seems there already have been several trading platforms are doing IPO here......

Anyway I purchased quite amount of your shares, although it seems yours are not a big seller. I prefer a "trading" platform, which means there are both buyer and seller at the platform at the same time, not simply some kind of exchange agency. BTC industry should embrace the spirit of FREEDOM at every single stage, including mining, trading, transaction.....

Hope you have a successful future.
