This is really not looking very good is it. You left many people in the dark by promising them you would open and then disappearing for days on end.

Then the site goes up, doesn't work for anyone, then goes down for 8 hours and then you say "sorry we are fine"

I really wanted this exchange to function as well as it looked. But you're not just unprofessional, your business downright shady. There's something very odd about this whole website, but I hope you prove me wrong...

Sorry you are right.

50 people logged and 0.02BTC exchanged make a big problem here. This exchange is fabulous.

this wouldn't be a big deal for a smaller company who walked in shoes that fit, but your initial valuation of your company is so big that this is completely unacceptable.  I sold out, so I'll shut up now so hopefully shareholders can regain your trust..

I think you should have released with some actual orders in the system. You could have thrown some bitcoin on there to sell to get it started. That's still not a bad idea.

Artificially inflating the numbers seems like it would draw even more backlash.

They can announce it. It's not artificial. The website is there to provide a service, and that is converting coins. Can't do that with no coins. Some other exchanges did it, loading BTC into the system periodically because they ran out of volume.

They cancelled my withdrawal without any explanation. Highly unprofessional and suspicious behaviour.

I don't recommend buying shares or deposit any funds.

There is admin nearly all the time in shoutbox why didnt you asked what was the reason? I have tested few trades on the site and everything worked normaly and every question I had was answered nealy instantly

Wouldn't it be useful if crypto-trade.com somehow supported trading redeemable codes for fiat between customers, as an alternative to PerfectMoney? Perhaps free escrow for such trades. Because PerfectMoney isn't so perfect, when I look at their fees. Or you expect shareholders to do this? Smiley

Although it's easy to go fractional reserve, and this my proposal could even motivate to do so.
Edit: and it could lessen your dependence on PerfectMoney, lessen the risk of frozen funds.

another useful thing would be listing on http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/. Not sure if it makes sense me to write them, they still need cooperation from crypto-trade.com operators.

Once their API is in place, that will be possible.  I believe they are in the testing phase of their API.

Is this information publicly available or are you just guessing?

I'm not affiliated with them, this is just information from being in chat on the site with people who are testing it.

What's the latest on this?  Trade history suggests they're trading semi-regularly (i.e. last trade was 24 hours ago)?

So you added OKPay deposit and withdrawal option, and you don't write it here? Ah, where is your marketing?

Okpay has been added yesterday. I was waiting today to post here announcing OKpay and API. ( API going to be released today)

As I said since the launch, the marketing campaign wil start when OKpay (done now) and API (release planned for today) will be both in place. Thats going to be fully completed today, then I can start to promote crypto-trade seriously.
