Dividends still "processing" after 10 hours, btct doesn't seem to be in a haste...
I have a dividend deposit into my btct wallet 10+ hours ago (at 8:25 udt). So I think the dividends have been distributed, something's just not closed out on their process. Or that status just hasn't been updated.

Sam Spade: We were talking about a lot more money than this. Kasper Gutman: Yes, sir, we were, but this is genuine coin of the realm. With a dollar of this, you can buy ten dollars of talk.

Poke successful! A database upgrade paused the dividend process mid process, everyone should have their coins now! Give thanks to burnside for his quick reply and action!

Pulled from the news on btct.co and litecoinglobal.com for convenience: (apologies for the formatting issues) Dear Shareholders,
Please find below a detailed financial report for Crypto-trade.com with dividend calculation:
BTC/USD Volume 926.82648949 BTC 74257.60473761 USD Fees 1.60340982 BTC 132.92111248 USD
....
[major long and huge snip]
I like the detailed financial report. Being able to see the numbers behind the exchange makes us (the investors) feel more apart of it. That being said, I think a full report is way too much info for a btct.co / Litecoinglobal "news" item. Personally, I think the news item should briefly discuss what Crypto-Trade is doing, talk about the dividend, and include a link to the full financial report. Example: Dividends are expected to be X, and will be paid on {date}
Crypto-Trade had a new record setting moth. The referral program is a success! There are now X users which is an X% increase over last month. In the coming month, Crypto-Trade plans to do {new promotion}. This will be a boon to Crypto-Trade because it will {promotion details}.
The full financial report for this month can be found here: {link to Google Docs or Forum Post}

Based on volume, unfortunately there isn't a static 'X' that determines when they are given the promotion. It's arbitrary for now as the trade patterns of our user base are also growing/changing. At this point in time, if your volume sticks out, you'll be considered. Other reasons for VIP being given are things such as contests or supporting the community. The VIP status will not be commonplace on the exchange.

Looks pretty good!
Any estimate on when SEPA/wire will be available? That combined with an ad campaign could very well catapult crypto-trade into a more prominent position among exchange markets.

Looks great from the last 3 added payment options. Can't await until SEPA will become available.
I guess I owe you an apology for doubting your intentions with ESECURITYSABTC, neotrix.
One feature I'd like to see with Crypto-Trade: Profile option to set nicks different from the login for the shoutbox, I think it'd improve safety.

Could you create a PPC/USD trading pair? I'd really like to see that. Thanks.
Regarding new coin, pairs, currencies in general, etc. All the requests go noticed to us, and while we can't immediately give 'Yes' or 'No' answers, they all end up on a 'to talk about' list! If there's large enough support, and the coin isn't dark and shadey, it'll happen. Hopefully that was a more honest reply than the usual 'We'll consider it!' I've felt obligated to give repeatedly so far! =)

It seems you are still distributing 100% of profits to shareholders. Is this correct? If so, how long is this expected to continue?

It seems you are still distributing 100% of profits to shareholders. Is this correct? Yes If so, how long is this expected to continue? After some quick correspondence, the 100% distribution is guaranteed for the next two dividends, and any bonuses afterwards have not yet been decided, we'll know more as that time comes. Furthermore, what is the percentage of profits that will become the dividend on each exchange, considering how many shares you sold and the original dividend arrangement? Every 1000 shares represents 1% of the website's gross profits; while this is not the case during the 100% distribution period, it will eventually become the standard, as per the contract.

What are your plans for transferring the shares now that BTCT.CO is going to close? What other exchange are you planning to use?
It would be nice to have an update as soon as possible.

Regarding the securities markets shutting down:
Frequent emails are provided to us regarding who holds shares, so while there may be a panic on the market itself currently, the shares and dividends will continue on schedule.
As for where we will go afterwards: We are considering the possibility of adding the share trading directly onto our website as a pseudo-currency, and if that's not possible, or not acceptable, there are plenty of other security markets we can utilize!
We'll keep everyone updated on this as we decide the route we take. As always, feel free to share your concerns, suggestions, and thoughts on anything thus far!
