when you follow the links mentioned above and click on "Details" you can see that not all batches have been sold.
i.e. CTB: 36657 / 40000 Outstanding
CTL: 7277 / 10000 Outstanding

admin mentioned that the outstanding shares will be sold as soon as the market demand is high enough, which is fine for current shareholders.

It's Thursday now, how long does it take for a response?
Huh

Apologies for that!

I can't answer that honestly without making fun of Neotrix! (I do that way too much already)  Cheesy
BUT, send a copy of one of those emails to support@crypto-trade.com and I promise you a reply!
@Crypto-Trade
After sending an email to support as you suggested
someone emailed me a few hours later asking for my activation link which I immediately emailed back.
Been 5 days since then with no response.
So now 2 weeks since I attempted to register!

I also see another user posted about an activation link problem.

A good question is how much business are you potentially losing ignoring this issue and not taking it seriously??
Why would I invest in Crypto-Trade when a major limitation to dividends is the fact that new users are unable to register with the site?!?!

If I was able to help you in anyway, tips are appreciated:

The number of CTB shares in our account is supposed to be the same as on BTCT.CO, right? I had 5 ESecurityBTC shares in my BTCT account, but only 2 were put in my Crypto-Trade account.

And how far behind is customer service in responding to support requests right now? I sent a PM to Crypto-Trade on November 9, and emailed admin@crypto-trade.com about this on November 11, and haven't gotten a response yet. I like this asset and am eager to start buying more shares, but I want to get the account with the right number of shares to begin with before I buy any more, so I am just sitting there waiting for a response...

Edit: I have all the shares now, thanks!

Other than burnside, neotrix knows that is better to stay out of the USA. Not sure if that is enough but it is at least better than the situation with burnside (us citizen).

Operating outside of the US, while certainly a good idea, is in no way a qualification for running financial services.

I hope CT won't become a dump for shitty assets like cryptostocks.

If a service encourages users to "start their own securities", you can be sure of it.

My Credentials  | THE BTC Stock Exchange | I have my very own anthology! | Use bitcointa.lk, it's like this one but better.

Have you visited the site and asked in the chatbox?

Did you register an account on the website? Did you use the same/correct email from BTCT? Did you set a public address on BTCT before it closed down?

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

Hi guys,

I have the same sort of issue, I registered for am acount months ago (with the same email as on btct.co me@dutchbrat.com)

Obviously I forgot my password. Now I want to claim my shares, but I get no response back yet to reset my password. I have tried to reset it through the website, but the code I receive in my email doesn't work (have tried numerous times).

Hopefully I will get a response this way

Thanks

You should probably take my statement with a grain of salt as I could very well be biased, but as a trader there as well, I have used PerfectMoney and OKPay before! The fees page generally covers the time ranges well! https://crypto-trade.com/fees

Unfortunately I am rather powerless to help you directly, but I can harass this issue until it happens!!

Crypto-Trade, do you know if there are plans to implement proper 2FA? ActM will list their shares in the near future which should bring some volume to the exchange and many shareholders are not really comfortable with only e-mail verification. There should be google/yubikey 2FA for withdrawals, share transfers, account settings and maybe even buy/sells as btct.co had it.

Interestingly enough, we were just testing the Google Auth. 2FA now! So.... yes! 2FA is definitely happening! Haha.
