So all I got from that was stop trying to contact us via our own website to ask about things which should have been completed weeks ago and we also have no timeline to estimate when we will be caught up.

Or am I reading between the lines too much?

thats correct, so they will gladly take your money but offer no communication or timeline when what is owed will be available. when can we call for scammer tag to be added to all of these accounts and begin with negative trust ratings?

space for rent, shilling for sats

Dear Neotrix,
I think it's time to pay november dividends, don't you think? Angry Angry Angry
John Annibal Smith

November?
I'm waiting for december...
Seriously.., havent you got your divs for more than a month? ... or is it just a mis-spelling? (hope so)
An answer is overdue...

Dividends?

I still have to wait for them to transfer my shares  Undecided

Maybe if they were addressed to an amanuensis monk it would be faster...   Roll Eyes

seriously crypto-trade, your information policy is straight up unprofessional.

first off every time I have a request of any kind (account recovery, share transfer) I have to send at least 5 messages in different channels (email, chat box, bitcointalk.org) before I even get ONE single answer. and usually this answer doesn't help me much. for example the last answer in this thread:

"I'm sorry for the delay to transfer last shares. I'm going to transfer ALL last shares before the november dividend, (should have been done it today but got some late on another stuff for CT, anyway will be done tonight or tomorrow morning). You will also be able to claim your missing dividend for october as your shares will have been transfered lately."

This was posted on december 8th, so more than a week has gone by and still my shares aren't in my portfolio... other people have posted since then who have the same problem as me.

Then you post news on your site saying "please stop repeated requests for the same in shoutbox.".
But why do you think you get all these requests? ever thought about giving the people some date or timeframe when to expect their shares or dividends? you basically give out no information at all and wonder why the people keep on bringing it up?

I mean all of the people waiting for their shares are SHAREHOLDERS in your company for god's sake... how could they have confidence in your service when they experience FIRST HAND how messed up your customer service and communication is?

PLEASE, start answering support requests and give the people some useful information instead of ignoring them.. things can't go on like this.

Seriously - can anyone imagine the amount of shares which are need to transfer manually from somewhere? I think they just wont to pay dividends "by hand" and need to import all those shares (this time) from bitfunder. So it takes some time, which is also consumed by need to answer to stupid questions sent through email, PM, forum, shoutbox (mainly through all the possible channels at the same time)... I'm waiting for divs too, but still remaining cool, because "we are working on transition" is fair enough answer for me. Try to see all that with their eyes (I'm writing their, but I think - "them" are just one or two guys which does all this next to their ordinary job Wink)

yes but there are a lot of people who didn't get an answer at all. thats exactly my point. if you have a delay, say so and it's fine with everyone. but not saying anything at all and ignoring customer requests is just bad customer service. not everyone reads neotrix statements on bitcointalk... people who send support requests via email or contact form should get a response in a timely manner!

and what's this with "next to their ordinary job"... first off where do you get that from and second have you looked at the amount of bitcoins they have raised in their bitcoin IPO and how much $ this is? you're talking about this like it's their "hobby project" when it's clearly a business aiming to be profitable. and you don't get profitable (at least not for long) if you treat your customers like idiots.

Basically Crypto-trade is a one man company indeed: for example, only the Big Boss Neotrix can make the transfer of shares (as the poor "support" guy admitted in a rare email from them).

Nevertheless other companies in the same conditions at least pay dividends regularly...  Roll Eyes

Crypto-trade was definitely a bad deal, there's nothing else to say.

They didn't have a listing on BitFunder. BTCT officially closed down over a month and a half ago. People are upset because they are starting to get the impression CT is stringing its shareholders - and customer base - along.

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

I think many of "bitcoin projects" are just one-man-business, which never assumed of this bitcoin boom so that "geek behind that project" are absolutely out of what's happening now, because they just don't know nothing about business, about customer service (I'm developer too and about many users I think that...I cant write it, everyone of them can read this Cheesy) and so. In fact I'm going to write a blogpost about this all, many ideas in my mind right now Smiley

does anybody know how much CT shared were sold altogether?

even if only 10k shares have been sold until now (i guess it's much more) at 0.2btc per share and 700$ for 1btc this would be amount to $1.4million in total.

That is WAY too much money for a website that doesn't even have a functioning customer service. What are you even doing with the money? One would think that with that kind of money it must be possible to hire someone full-time for customer support...

If you aren't holding the shares at the time of payout, you won't be getting the dividends.
