We're experiencing some server issues at the moment, but Devs are working on it and should be back up soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Even if our logged user count quadruplicated with the launch of UTC, the server were stable all the night. Until now it seems.
But don't worry about your coins. We're not gonna run away with them Wink

And how much time does it take to have a BTC deposit with +100 confirmations accredited? +10 hrs doesn't seem to do it.

Thanks, so that's clearly a malfunction. Funds show up, but the confirmation count isn't updated. And yes, I tried with your 24/7 support, but after seven hours waiting time, I wonder if really "all is well". Why do you care from which address I sent the funds? Does it make a difference? You know, my only business here is to buy some Crypto-Trade shares, but now I'm not so sure about it...

Update: 48hrs and my BTC deposit is still in pending state despite +100 confirmations. 36hrs and still no answer from help desk. Wow, your service rocks. No wonder CTB shares are already traded below IPO value!

I have a simple question about automatic dividends: I have few shares of CTB and also CTL. When automatic dividends come, it's just once - so for which asset are they, or is it merged together? How does this work?

Yes both assets (CTB/CTL) are treated equally and will be merged together for your divs!

Do you get the dividends in all the different coins, or just in BTC?

I think Monero (XMR) is very interesting.

Hallo Crypto-Trade

I was a CT Shareholder then i sold al my (24) CT Shares, in my opinion you have two main issue:

1) Dividends are in BTC plus  ALT-Coin, and YOU wrote in the IPO Details:

Dividend
The monthly net profits includes : total of BTC or LTC earned with fees on transactions + all other crypto currencies fees and usd, Eur fees converted daily to btc or ltc. 50% of this amount will be issued monthly as dividend to the shareholders owning 50% of the right on dividend.
The dividend will be issued, the first day of each month. All shares sold on public market are entitled to the dividend payment.  The dividend could be also provided weekly instead of monthly at the whole discretion of the issuer.
The first dividend will be issued the first month after the launch of the website.....

That's not fair, and is a big cost for shareholders as they have to convert small amount of alt-coin and paying commissions.

2) CryptoTrade is Damn Slow

You said that CT is made by a company specilized in DDOS attacks, well what's the matter?
Crypto Trade seems to be made on a very slow and cheap hardware

That's unacepptable for a company that have already sold 6000 shares at 0,20 btc each, hey boys we are speaking about 1200btc,  enough to do the best crypto market in the world

Shame to you.

So I have 2fa enabled, but I am not prompted to input any codes when I sign in?
Also when I go to the 2fa section the only option you have is to disable the feature, any suggestions?
I want to use 2fa when I sign in and for withdrawals

This is a big deal and frankly I was quite surprised at the small amount of lash-back there was in regards to this quick decision opposing the contract.

Checked my profile this morning and didn't notice any dividends, thought you were moving towards a more automatic approach? Been attempting to to get back on site and view transactions but it won't seem to load. Looks like a lot of activity in alt coins though...

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

On the right side of the 2FA Section page it explains you must first enable then go to the Modify Profile page to tweak your settings. It's under the "Extra Security" tab.
