@funnyking:

thank you for your honest opinion. we're always open to criticism and we will do our best to constantly improve.

since february 7th, crypto-trade has nearly quintrupled its active user count and by the end of this month we will have sold more shares than in any other month before.
apart from that, our trading volume is doing really great at the moment.

as already stated in the newsletter, we had to change the dividend payouts from btc/ltc only to all available coins due to many reasons (mainly because we didn't want to use another exchange just for the conversion of dividends (which always created a loss due to external fees) and because we couldn't implement our automated dividend system before getting rid of manually transfering the coins from A to B to A *our automated dividend system works great btw*). regarding the fairness of our IPO: every share represents 0.002% of the total net income of CT - you will hardly find any contract that grants such a good revenue (imagine that's 10x as much as i.e. cryptsy's IPO grants you).

But we have to admin that we're currently facing some heavy lags, that's absolutely right and we're sorry about that. For the most part, those delays are not caused by ddos attacks, but by our server load. We're working on that and we're sure you'll see a nicely and smooth running site very soon again (we're going to add 6 additional server in february). Even bigger sites like btc-e have speed problems from time to time due to beeing ddos'ed - that's just something (very annoying) that happens to exchanges, mining pools, etc.

We regret that we weren't able to provide you with the best service you're used to from other established exchanges, but maybe you want to come back and take a second look in a few weeks?!

Regards,

- Crypto-Trade Team

I like the not-so-subtle irony in it.   Grin
Anyway up to now i like Crytpo-Trade very much, including the dividends until they keep coming, no matter their kind, USFed$ altcoins and eurocrapcoins included.

Dividends should really pick up, as ActiveMining is already getting traded massively, and most investors haven't even had their main stack of shares listed yet.

All deposits/withdrawals will be processed in a few hours lately.
We have a technical problem, that's right, but no need to worry about your coins - they are all save and will be credited soon.
Anyway, Crypto-Trade has never ever lost or scamed any single coin and the site is backed with more than double of total trade volume in USD to insure you all.
This matters, because we recently encountered trolls (and even worse) on our Chatbox that were obviously sent from another site trying to scare people out of Crypto-Trade and harm our community.

Sorry for inconvenience. We promise that the upcoming news will be more pleasant for you Smiley

One last word: If you're having issues with your account and need urgent support, pls send us a ticket on helpdesk.crypto-trade.com  --- this thread, as well as our twitter channel, is mainly for announcements, communicational and PR reasons. We're reading and working on every ticket, but - as you can imagine - due to this whole Bitcoin malleability panic, we have a backlog since two days.
Please stay tuned, every issue will be solved asap.

We love you guys.

Noted that "All deposits/withdrawals will be processed in a few hours lately".
The BTC withdrawal request was submitted 78 hours ago. But I shall wait patiently for a few more hours. I will update all once it has been received.

Noted that "If you're having issues with your account and need urgent support, pls send us a ticket on helpdesk.crypto-trade.com".
This is what I have done. But it is worrisome when the ticket was submitted 72 hours ago and no response (other than a system generated acknowledgement email) was given. At least there are responses in this thread. Suggestion: Do work on customer service support to communicate actively with users who had submitted tickets. It is understandable why they are worried when their fund is missing. Better to retain existing customers than attract new ones. Smiley
