Why not you send us the coins directly from the exchange wallet manually first? If you have other wallets, you can send from there also.
Those who are expecting the coins will be happy to receive the coins.
Your engineers can focus on resolving the issue without nagging from us.
Other users will feel assured that Crypto-Trade always place users as your first priority and strive your best to resolve users' issues.

Can we get an update on the BTC withdrawal fix? Last post said Monday and it's now well into Tuesday. Even if it's going to be significantly longer it's still better to at least update your customers and let them know what's happening.

Same here...I've also posted on the UTC thread.  I get an email response to a support ticket, but no verification email.  I also tried to create another account, but no account verification email.

SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections   Couldn't get a verification e-mail then got 8 at once. *shakes head*
