site is down, no updates, no emails, no feedback, no support, no answers.
My case is about fiat money not related with any bitcoin wallet problem.
I made a fiat withdraw request +24 hours ago. No response yet. Where is my money?
I'm a miner and this crypto-trader failure is critical for me.
Please, don't play with the miners money.

Can you blame others for feeling that way? wtf just happened at Gox... All I'm saying is there should be an update to keep reputations smooth, only takes a minute. CT is known for being a notch above the rest of the lame exchanges. We veterans at CT know there is nothing to worry about, but the newbies don't, hence people screaming scam.
Veteran or not there is NO EXCUSE for the site being down this long without any kind of update. This is seriously damaging the image of UTC and CT IMHO. +1 This is a business and an exchange at that and its not professional leaving cliff hangers. It doesn't take 3hrs - 4hrs to construct a simple message to update. Just cannot comprehend why there are people who are satisfied with not getting timely updates and having their coins and money stuck at the exchange. Did no one tried to call them ? there's a phone number on website's footer ... I would like to but my spoken english isn't so good...anyway i will be in hong kong next week  maybe i could visit their office Will be nice if you can visit their office and update us here. Doesn't matter. This behavior is absolutely unproffessional. Crypto-Trade should have informed their users about issues with withdrawals or other issues and given an ETA on resolution of those issues. If I'm at the retaurant and the waiter hasn't come to get my order in 15 mins or at least to inform me that I'll have to wait a little longer, I get up and leave. Why would I want to stay with CT when my withdrawal has been in limbo for ~40 hours with no info whatsoever? |
