benefit of the doubt was given since the announcement that CT was "hacked"... but with no news, no updates, no information about our money its pretty difficult to keep the benefit of the doubt up.... specially when you are waiting more than a week to your withdraw to be processed and if you really need your money ( as i need it right now) you will not giving them any benefit

There's nothing to discuss, really. If you want to wait for your coins, then wait. If you want to speculate about CT, then speculate. If you are that concerned, about the only legal thing you can do is get a lawyer and go to the international police agency in your country and claim "possible international theft in the millions of USD", start an online petition to gain support. Amounts that large won't go un-noticed/ignored.
