Is anyone from crypto trade support ever going to look into my case? I've raised support ticket and called (international call) twice and apparently it seems like there is no support people around. Have also PM crypto-trade and neotrix. Kindly get someone to call me back, email me or reply through your support page. My ticket number is 880354 . Thanks in advance.

You have to chase them. Don't think there is any point calling them as there was no one from crypto trade answering the when I called. Maybe they are all busy looking at the exchange issues.

Can CT please provide an update on this? It's already 22 days. Is there a difficult problem somewhere? From the shoutbox, there are quite a number having this same issue. I really hope you can at least tell us what is going on.

I've managed to successfully withdraw all my UTC even though it takes a while longer. I believe they maybe manually verifying the withdrawals which is why it is taking a tad longer. Just give them sometime. If still no go, drop them support ticket and follow up. They are definitely on it. Good job and well done Crypto-Trade. Can't wait for you to open for business again.

I want to try to use Payeer in light of no paypal on CT. However, I need to know what account info is need. CT is not very informative on the withdrawal page regarding what you need to put in the "Your Account" field.
Is it my email, my user name, or the user code given by payeer?
Hopefully CT will give a response to this question via this forum, my support tickets, or in the chat box when I post it every day.....cdev i'm talking to you on this one lol sorry to be a a$$.
I love your service guys sorry this crap happen to ya I'll be back but I need to get my USD out for now.
Anyone in the forum here know the answer?

something similar happened to me with okpay, then a realized that the small lettering under my wallets name on okpay (someting thats starts with OKxxxxx) that was my account ID, i dont use payeer but i think its something similar, hope it helps, regards!.

i have made a paypal withdraw 30day ago way before the site shutdown and it never happen , it still "waiting" on crypto website , send several email and off course they never reply... also cant withdraw since all my coin are on order and trading disable i cant cancel order... really....

I think it is the user ID numbe payeer assignes you i.e. PXXXXXXXXX

Just now in the shout box: Grinny: the restart of trading will be a matter of hours/days not weeks, that's what i can tell you. a concrete eta hasn't been determined, but there should be some news soon. So yeah, I think it'll open before this weekend.

Paypal is down now on their site so my guess is your order has to be refunded. I have a withdrawal order for payer on 3/3/14 and it was canceled and my money has not be credit back to my CT account. CT WTF? Payeer stated: Payment system Status: Canceled Reason: Payment gateway does not respond. CT still has the withdrawal as pending. Submitted a support ticket hopefully it will get a response some day. I plan to update this post if anything changes.
