We just finished our security review on Bitcoin and re-enabled BTC withdrawals!
Happy trading and thank you for your endless Patience Smiley

I would gladly trade started, but that's all my deposit did not appear in your account, no one does not answer the ticket, not on the forum and even chat online! You can follow any responses to answer me why this is happening?

You guys didn't try to deposit doge coin did you?
If so: your deposits won't show up at all, because Crypto-Trade doesn't host doge.

I have my pending withdrawal, two days ago.
First, I could not withdraw in EUR, I had to exchange for USD. Because of this, I lost over 10 USD in exchange and now I do not receive in USD.
I'm tired of crypto-trade.

We're sorry for all the EUR / USD hassle - pls check your PM, I'm sure we'll find a satisfiying way to solve your issue.

USD withdrawals via Payeer and Egopay should work fine - OKPAY withdrawals suffer from a little delay sadly.
In general, our fiat withdrawals may take up to 48h which is can be seen on our fees page https://www.crypto-trade.com/fees
This is absolutely comparable to other exchanges.

Best,

CT

Crypto-Trade doesn't host Dogecoin.
DGC = Digitalcoin

Due to both coin addresses beeing very similar, people often mix this up.
This means you didn't send your coins to Crypto-Trade, but to an Dogecoin wallet address that is similar to your Crypto-Trade Digitalcoin address.
You can read about this issue on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1t7x2m/for_those_who_sent_their_dogecoins_to_digitalcoin/

Can you list the names of the coins please? I have no idea what all those acronyms mean.

Maybe when you click on a coin, just above the chart or something have the full coin name displayed.

It's nice to see that people are updating rapidly on this news also for users update the Bitcoin QT client to 0.9.1
Kind of a question directed at cryptotrade does this affect wallets as well on the site?

Believing in Bitcoins and it's ability to change the world

After the Heartbleed bug was published, our server admins updated all of CT's servers to the latest OpenSSL version as fast as possible.
After that we initiated a 12h withdrawal halt, just to ensure the new OpenSSL version is okay and has no new vulnerabilities.
Withdrawals are already back since ~1-2h.

If you're using the graphical version of Bitcoin-qt wallet software, pls update immediately to the new version, as Theymos posted about a possible (but rare) security hole. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=562400

OKPay USD withdrawals will be delayed ... it is suggested to all to use Payeer or Perfect Money instead if its possible for them.
https://crypto-trade.com/news/53

How long does it take? For me Okpay is still preferred but depending on the waiting time. Already it took 10+ days but shall we expect 2month+ or -2weeks  Huh

There's no function to cancel once you submit the withdrawals and seems necessary to contact via ticket.

Cdev told me it will last no longer than 2-3 days (from now) until OKPAY withdrawals will be back and proceeded again.
