Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
I believe that someday bitcoin can be replaced by another crypto currency, and the coin that will replace the current bitcoin position is ethereum.

As long as bitcoin is still a reference price for altcoin then there will be no new coin that will replace it as the parent of a crypto. Which can only replace bitcoin is a new coin that offers newer technologies newer than the technology now widely used by crypto including bitcoin.

It is possible to make an outdated bitcoin one day it is very difficult if we look at the statistics and what happens now. We can only predict but one day may happen. But in my opinion can only be equivalent with bitcoin can not shift the bitcoin from king bitcoin.

If Bitcoin would be introduced to the world several months ago along with several other cryptocurrencies that could be possible, but for 8 years of its existence Bitcoin proved to being always number one so now I can see no reasons for such a replacement.

Although Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency which made using decentralized Blockchain architecture, it does not mean that it will be the all-time “champion” when challenged with newer technology.  However as of now, bitcoin is the most reliable and most populate coin in the crypto world. Then it is very difficult to rise up other coin over bitcoin.

There isn't another cryptocurrency that can replace bitcoin. It's the first of it's kind and it will always lead the market as number one.

I think it's possible. But it is hard to see a cryptocurrency that can replace bit in a short time. Now that bitcoin is developing very well, it is still the king of all the COINS in the encryption market, and it has the largest share of the entire encryption market.

Everything can happen, some predictable coins can replace bitcoin is Ethereum, Ripple, Monero and so on. but I'm sure this happens in no in a short time, it may take at least 5 years from now.

Bitcoin marketcap currently count for more than 42% of over 1500 coins and tokens, with a very dominant marketcap this is certainly difficult for any coin to beat bitcoin, but I have to be realistic that anything can happen.

Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
Yes, if bitcoin ceases to improve, it can be replaced by a more successful crypto currency in this respect. Already, since bitcoin does not fully perform its basic function of a payment facility, it has fallen very much in popularity and, due to this, we now have a problem with the overall growth of the crypto currency. This just shows that any crypto currency can be replaced by a more perfect one.

Although Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency, it does not mean that it will be the all-time high rated since new technology can make it possible to replace it  with another cryptocurrency . However as of now, bitcoin is the most reliable and most popular coin in the crypto world.
