Well I hope I get more coins in the next 3 hours or i'm pointing my rigs somewhere else. I got awarded 1.6 XVC in this payment and that is rubbish (polite word), something is not adding up. Unless this is a lot higher in the next batch that's me done as this pool is up to no good. That's 9 hours of mining at 50 GH/s + for $1.3. Back to Zen (where i would have got $7 by now) or Zcash (about the same) I think. Not dishing this coin in anyway, just the way pool.vchain.info is working and paying up, or not in my case. Anyone else seeing the same? The lack of miner stats and payments might have me more anxious sure but after 9 hours with that hashrate  Happy to be corrected! |

Have looked at 3 mining calculators now and all say at least 8 XVC per hour. It's just a pain in the ass I can only find this one pool and now I am starting to think they are ripping us off, hence the lack of miner stats compared to other mining pools. Anyone else mining on there please let me know how your returns are going, it is unfair to just base it on my findings alone. I have 7 1080Ti's giving me 52Gh/s and am now into my 10th hour of mining. I'm not an expert, maybe I have missed something but all other pools and coins have been close to my calculations and this one is miles out.

Ok maybe all these calculators are wrong, it looks like because of the high block number the rewards are now a lot lower (found an option on Electron Vcash wallet to view this) and that is where I am going wrong. Need to mine something else as this is a big loss mining wise. Better off mining a higher return coin and then buying XVC from those rewards. |

hi johnp12 , welcome. imho vcash is def0 worth holding onto. it has some of the very best tech, way better than BTC/segwit/lightning etc ... we have some very good devs working ... also, with 10k coin (and reasonably modern hardware) you are able to host an 'incentivized node', whereby you can earn a few XVC everyday, just for keeping your wallet online |

it will rise again  if you want to hold, move the (the tx must be exactly 10,000 or more XVC) 10k XVC to your wallet, then make sure your unique port is forwarded (see/edit in config.dat). start the wallet and wait for it to sync next unlock the wallet and wait about 15 minutes. click the gear on the lower left of the wallet, console tab, click in the field, hit the down arrow until you see getincentiveinfo then select and enter that hopefully you should see this: getincentiveinfo { "walletaddress": --------------see your default address here---------------, "collateralrequired": 10000, "collateralbalance": 10012.04809, "networkstatus": ok, "votecandidate": true, "votescore": -6774 } it's all good, you can lock the wallet now, just keep it online and you'll recieve a few coins daily  |

XVC coin is just pumped by the whales on Bittrex . Not at polo .. Because all people have more coin holdings at polo.. and after dumping whales they are selling their coin at 14-15K .. This coin will surely dump again 8k-9k again within 2-3days . Better do not buy now wait just 2-3 days more .. |
