Hey mate this is actually a very tricky question you have there  Personally I don't have a daily limit or something because I play just for fun and I am not chasing any losses. Also I don't have a fixed amount of profit I 'need' to achieve so I can stop at any time when I am not having fun any more simple as that. Fun is a subjective thing though and not having fun anymore might mean that I am loosing too much for the day or there simply aren't any interesting events to bet on so I just stop. But I know there are a lot of addicted gamblers who can't stop despite losing a lot of money because they think their bad luck will turn around but in reality this is not always possible.

I stop my gambling session when i manage to quadruple the amount that i have deposited on a site and take a break for a day or two.

I actually don't have a limit or anything to keep me from gambling more, which is definitely a very big problem in my opinion. Having a limit means that I won't be a retard when I gamble.

I usually stop though when my deposit can be withdrawn. I usually play with zero confirmation dice sites, which means that it'll take 2 confs till I can withdraw.

you should stop when you are ahead.
for example when you have won some good amount and when you are in profit you should quit because if you keep continuing then you will end up losing all you have earned so far.

also it is a good idea to set a limited amount for yourself and stick to that amount and never get over it. for example there are some people who will deposit more if they lose what they have deposited first.

I have set my goal befor start gambling, so I will stop when I reach the goal. But of course I have a limit on how much to lose if I cant reach the goal. Usually, my goal is only 2-3x my initial bankroll and limit 0.5x initial bankroll.
E.g Deposit 0.01 so I will stop if my balance = or over 0.02 and I will stop when my balance down to 0.005

How do I know when to stop? I will never re-deposit so if I say I will play with 0.25btc then that is all that will be going on to any gambling site. Discipline is all that is needed to know when to stop depositing.

Now talking about turning that 0.25btc into 0.5btc, I would withdraw half the funds the moment I made 100% of my investment/entertaining funds. Then you are freerolling and that in my experience is when it is exciting as win or lose you are up the entertainment value.

i have daily limit (but more time i bet a little bit more) , specially in sportbet, when i lose i bet double amount, but later 2-3 consecutive lose, stop for the day, when i win, withdraw my deposit and bet the money win

it is easy, just stop while you are ahead. i mean whenever you win and you make a profit, it doesn't matter how much profit it is as long as you are inside the profit zone you should quit or at least withdraw the profit amount and continue betting with the remaining funds you have.

you should always set yourself a limit before you gamble and stick to it.

gambling is very dangerous, and if you don't do it responsibly it will bring you to ruin.

I always set a limit when i used to play and that is 0.1btc per day. I will only stop if ever i reach that and cameback again tommorow to play or ill stop when my deposit has been loss then cameback after a week.
