The best way to stop are limit your gambling capital and time to play.
Many people do the same thing, don't try to recover loss if the capital is gone.

That is just plain dumb, dont talk about controlling yourself when you are still gambling. If you have not been gambling for years then you could start to post things about controlling yourself. Not many of us are addicted therefore most of us could still control ourselves in not to lose more then what you could afford therefore it is not something special at this point

and what that time you spent for making money, to me the most precious thing is the time and  not the money, you need to make your time more precious. if you will make money in gambling and then lose it then it is not good because you wast your special time without gaining any thing.

I don't understand the point of setting a goal for when you lose. That just prolongs the process of you losing all the money but the end result is the same. For example, you have $100 on your account and your maximum loss should be just $10. Then you continuously lose $10 ten times. It's basically the same thing as to when you're going to gamble it all in just a day. You lost all the $100. Since the end result is the same, I think it's better to not put some limit on our loss. Just enjoy the game. That's the point of gambling.

I dont agree at all sometimes when you gambling can feel something thats show you can win some big than you must stop on thats time even though not working like you feel but that's a consequence of gambling.

Because that is when a gambler is facing its bad fate when he started with bad luck and keeps on continuing without realizing that he is just going to fell in a cliff. Also you can depend on your instinct because sometimes personal instincts are good way to predict something if you can feel that it will be good then just don't stop, but if you can feel that it won't just stop. i'm not sure about become successful in gambling can really be realised, it's rare thing. i have spent years to gamble and yet i didn't found myself in successful. better to stop any gambling activity you have ever did. and spend your time elsewhere. honestly i think gambling wouldn't give you a good money even you win good amount .

Setting a goal is the worst thing to do in gambling. Simply put you will never reach that goal in casino games because the house edge will drag you down every time and you will end up betting more and more just to win back losses. Chasing losses is the thing that kills gamblers and should not be done.

Even if the rewards seem to be tempting, one should only have proper self control before starting to gamble. That one thing is the only reason why some gamblers can make a proper living out of gambling while most others cant.
